基于智能仪表控制的加杀菌剂装置设计毕业论文

摘 要

全球科技化的大发展,推动了时代的大踏步前进,使生产机械也出现了前所未有的大进步,因此,自动化的生产机械设备应运而生。从现在的科技发展的角度来看,自动化设备离工业计算机的联合,因此数据、程序、参数和通讯一体化开始走向集成方向,可以满足监视工业生产进行和控制。更多的工业自动化应用到工业领域,使计算机工业开始大面积走向工业,人们在工业生产中对现代现代的追求也越来越高,因此工业中更多的工业先进设备如控制设备和过程监控装置也开始成为人们工作中的普遍存在。自动加药机的传统工艺软件虽然已经经历了更多的发展的完善,但是其控制软件已经无法满足现在我们更加丰富的要求。因此,人们研制出了更加先进的工业控制组态软件——MCGS。这一软件弥补了传统软件的先天不足,用户可以根据自己的要求进行更深一层的选择,然后完成自动化的控制。因此,这一软件的进一步研制和应用已经成为我现现在急需解决的问题。

本文着重对MCGS全中文工业自动化控制组态软件的工作原理和控制器选型与系统要求进行研究,同时对自动加药系统进行进一步的研究和整理。基于32位Windows平台实现MCGS组态软件更理想的运行。同时对通过对数据下衬现动画、报警、报表、数据输出等提供更好的实用方案要,因为其利用的大环境背景是在Windows图形下进行的,所以具备了Windows图形更多的完备的功能。所以其功能可靠性更强,同时这一大环境是全球通用情况下进行的,还具有一定的通用性,同时因为Windows图形自身具备的完善的功能使这一系统还具有一定的可扩充性。

自动加药组态系统相对于用户来说这不仅仅是一种远程可控的自动加药工具,还可以因为对设备的各项功能进行细致的了解,同时用户还可以通过对设备等各项数据的不正常的输出查找故障根源。使设备能够在正常、稳定、可靠的情况下进行工作。

Abstract

Development of global science and technology, and promote the era of strides forward, make production machinery also appear the unprecedented progress. Therefore, the automation of production machinery and equipment arises at the historic moment. From the perspective of science and technology is developing, automation equipment from the computer industry joint, so the data, programs, parameters and integration of communication began moving in the direction of integration, can meet the monitoring of industrial production and control. More industrial automation applications to the industrial sector, the computer industry to industrial area, people in the industrial production of modern pursuit is also getting higher and higher, so industry more advanced industrial equipment such as control equipment and process monitoring devices also began to become people work in common. The software of automatic dosing machine by traditional processing technology although has experienced the development of more perfect, but the control software has been unable to meet the requirements of our richer now. Therefore, people have developed a more advanced industrial control configuration software - MCGS. This software to make up for the traditional software congenitally deficient, the user can according to their own requirements for deeper layer selection, and then complete the automation control. Therefore, the further development and application of this software has become a problem I need to solve now.

This paper to all Chinese MCGS industrial automation control configuration software working principle and controller selection and system requirements of research, also the automatic dosing system were further research and finishing. MCGS configuration software based on 32 bit Windows platform to achieve more ideal operation. Also to provide better practical solutions to through to the data lining this animation, alarm, report, data output, because the environment background is carried out under the windows graphics, so has the windows graphical function more complete. So its function is more reliable, also it is universal case, but also has certain universality, and because Windows graphics with perfect function make the system also has certain scalability.

Automatic dosing system configuration with respect to the user, this is not just a remote controlled automatic dosing tools, because the functions of the equipment are detailed understanding. At the same time, users can also through various data of equipment is not normal output fault finding roots. The equipment can work under normal, stable and reliable condition.
