摘 要
在现代工业生产活动中,温度作为一种可以实际测量的重要参数,能起到对设备运行状态、生产环境等外界因素进行实时监控的作用,以保证整个生产活动高效开展。然而,要想得到满意而准确的测量结果并不是那么容易,测量仪器及测量方法的选择不当都会影响其测量结果。因此,准确且实用的温度数据测量系统具有举足轻重的作用。
在实际生活中,往往我们要采集的温度不止一个,需要同时测量不同地方的温度,因此多点温度计采集系统就显得尤为重要。本次设计的多点温度计采集系统,以STC89C52单片机作为微控制器,设计出一种8路巡检高低温智能温度报警系统,通过DS18B20温度传感器检测温度,当检测到的温度高于设定值时蜂鸣器报警或当检测到的温度低于设定值时蜂鸣器开始报警,温度检测精确到0.1度。并具有掉电保存功能,数据保存在单片机内部。工作状态实时显示在1602液晶上。其中电源采用3节5号干电池供电。与传统的模拟信号温度计组成的多点测温系统相比电路简单,集成度高,扩展性能好,抗干扰能力强,因此具有很好的经济效益和实用性。

Abstract
In the modern industrial activity, Temperature as an actual measurement of important parameters can have on the equipment running status, the role of the production environment and other external factors for real-time monitoring, however, is not so easy, measurement instrument and measurement method of improper selection will affect the measurement result. Therefore, accurate and practical temperature measurement system plays a decisive role.
In real life,more than one often we want to collect temperature,requires the simultaneous measurement of different parts of the temperature,so multiple point thermometer acquisition system is very important.Multi point temperature gathering system in this design, STC89C52 micro controller as the micro controller,designed a 8 inspection of high and low temperature intelligent temperature alarm system,through the DS18B20 temperature sensor to detect temperature,when the detected temperature is higher than the set value when the buzzer alarm or when the detected temperature is lower than the set value when the buzzer alarm,temperature detecting accurate to 0.1 degrees.And has the electricity saving function, the data saved in the internal.The state of real-time display on the LCD in 1602. The power supply adopts 3 section No. 5 dry batteries.Multi point temperature measurement system and compared to traditional analog has the advantages of simple circuit, high integration, good expansibility,strong anti-interference ability, so it has good economic benefit and practicability.
