基于单片机的遥控智能车设计与实现

摘 要

随着我国科技的发展,各种各样的智能化设备正逐步走进人们的生产生活中。并且,WIFI技术广泛的应用到了我们的日常生活中,含有WIFI模块的产品很多,如手机、电视机等。众所周知,如今智能手机的使用率大大提高 ,通过这些移动设备实现远程控制已经成为人们的追求之一。

本次设计的智能WIFI小车就对于WIFI领域和移动设备远程控制方向进行了很好的探索。使用STC89C52RC作为主控芯片,使用WIFI模块与主控芯片通信并接收手机APP端发送的控制指令,经过算法控制电机驱动模块,使小车完成前进、后退、转弯等功能。

在设计过程中,首先主要研究小车的驱动控制算法这一核心问题,其次是小车与WIFI模块的连接方式,WIFI模块与手机APP的通信问题等。对于控制算法,采用C语言实现,开发环境是Keil uVision5。通信方面,手机通过热点连接WIFI模块并发送指令,WIFI模块通过串口通信与单片机连接,再传输指令给单片机来控制小车的运动方向。

设计完成后,进行了一系列调试,结果表明,WIFI智能小车能够实现在无线局域网环境下给定的各种功能指标。并且,该设计具有较强的可拓展性,若使用更多的控制模块或传感器用于数据采集,系统甚至可以实现复杂的现代控制算法。WIFI智能小车的体系结构与设计方案研究,对实际生活中初步构建智能汽车的模型与理论基础具有重要意义。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of our country high-tech level and the advancement of industrial automation process all kinds of intelligent equipment is gradually into the people's production and living And, the bluetooth and WIFI technology got unprecedented wide range of applications, using bluetooth and WIFI products very much, such as mobile phone computer auto game equipment and medical equipment, etc Nowadays, the penetration rate of mobile phones has been very high, through mobile devices to achieve remote control has become the direction of people's needs.

The WIFI smart car in this design has made a good exploration on the WIFI field and the remote control direction of mobile devices. The design takes STC89C52RC as the main control chip, uses the WIFI module to communicate with the main control chip and receives the control instructions sent by the APP terminal of the mobile phone. The motor drive module is controlled by the algorithm to make the car move forward and backward Turn and other functions

In the design process, the core problem of the car drive control algorithm is mainly studied firstly, followed by the connection mode between the car and WIFI module, and the communication between WIFI module and mobile APP. For the control algorithm, C language is used to realize, and the development environment is Keil uVision5 We set the WIFI module to the AP mode of spontaneous hot spot. The mobile phone connects to the WIFI module and sends instructions. The WIFI module connects to the SCM through serial communication, and then transmits instructions to the SCM to control the direction of the car.

After the completion of the system design, the system debugging was carried out. The debugging results show that the WIFI smart car can achieve the established technical indicators in the wireless LAN environment, which proves that the modular WIFI smart car design method is effective This design method has strong expansibility. If more controllers or sensors are used for data acquisition, the system can even realize complex modern control algorithm to study the architecture and design of WIFI smart car, which is of great significance to the preliminary construction of the model and theoretical basis of smart car in real life.
