基于单片机的手势控制智能车系统设计

摘 要
随着科学技术的迅速发展,玩具也变的更加的智能化,而国内市场上现有的玩具车并不能很好的满足青少年的需求,青少年对于玩具智能化的要求日益提高。从当前社会现状出发,本课题将发明一种新型的智能车模型以满足青少年的需求,该智能车主要将依靠手势遥控以实现车体的前进、后退、转向等运动,旨在满足当代青少年的对玩具乐趣的基本要求。
本课题将在现实条件十分有限的情况下,将根据设计的最初目的,分别主要从硬件选择、元器件的选型为主要出发点逐一进行系统性的分析和设计,并完成整体的运行调试,最终达到设计目的。
智能车的硬件主要由遥控器和智能车车体两个本部分组成。遥控器主要由手势姿态检测模块与无线通讯模块组成,传感器模块用于检测控制信息并转化成系统可以识别的控制信号,最后由无线通讯模块发送给车体;而智能车本体主要由单片机、无线通信器以及电机驱动组成,无线通讯模块用于接收由遥控手套(遥控器)发送的控制信号,驱动模块用于给智能车的各种运动提供驱动力,单片机则用于整个智能车系统运动的控制。手势控制智能车算法经过反复测试、调整参数,最终达到了比较好的效果。
经反复试验,遥控车实际实现的控制效果达到了设计的基本要求,符合设计的最初目的,能够满足当代青少年对于智能玩具的需求,并且,在实际的生产加工中使用方案也可以达到低成本、高质量的效果,具有实际运用价值。

Design summary of gesture control smart car system based on single chip microcomputer
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, toys have become more intelligent, and the existing toy cars in the domestic market can not meet the needs of young people, toy design intelligent problems need to be solved. Based on this, this project will design a new model of smart car to meet the needs of society, the intelligent car will mainly rely on gesture remote control to achieve the body's forward, backward, steering and other movements, aimed at meeting the basic requirements of contemporary youth for toy fun.
This topic will be in the reality of very limited conditions, according to the original purpose of the design, respectively, mainly from the hardware selection, component selection as the main starting point for one by one system analysis and design, and complete the overall operation and commissioning, and ultimately achieve the design purpose.
The hardware of the smart car mainly consists of the control glove (remote control) and the intelligent car body. The control glove (remote control) is mainly composed of gesture attitude detection module and wireless communication module, gesture attitude detection module is used to detect gesture information and convert it into the control signal that the system can recognize, and finally sent by the wireless communication module to the vehicle body, while the intelligent vehicle body mainly consists of a microcontroller, wireless communication module and drive module, wireless communication module is used to receive the control signal sent by the remote control glove (remote control), the drive module is used to provide driving force to the various movements of the smart car, The microcontroller is used for the control of the movement of the entire intelligent vehicle system. Gesture control intelligent car algorithm after repeated testing, adjustment of parameters, and finally achieved a better effect.
After trial and error, the control effect realized by the remote control car has reached the basic requirements of the design, conforms to the original purpose of the design, can meet the needs of contemporary teenagers for smart toys, and can also achieve low-cost, high-quality effect in the actual production and processing, with practical application value.
