基于PLC的门禁控制系统设计

摘 要
门禁控制系统就是对通道权限的一种管理系统。属于智能弱电系统中的一种安防系统。随着人们生活水平的不断提升以及对于安全的愈发重视,门禁控制系统也受到了极大的关注与重视,从而推动和促使了安全的门禁控制系统的研究与产生,所以有了门禁系统的蓬勃发展。近几年,门禁系统快速发展,在常规的门禁系统控制下也出现了一些高科技的门禁控制系统,例如:无线识别、指纹识别,指纹识别生物识别等高端技术。这也从侧面反映了人们对于门禁系统的需求和要求越来越重视与严格要求。
本设计是基本的门禁控制系统,操作门的动作的锁,通过IC信息存储卡存储用户的信息、用来读取卡信息的读卡器、发送控制门的开关与否的可编程控制器、模式转换的触摸屏,操作门的动作的锁以及红外传感器等硬件设备所组成。通过对PLC的编程运用完成对电磁锁的基本控制,通过对触摸屏的编程控制其他功能和模式的嵌入,也就是说,PLC完成门禁系统的控制,触摸屏完成门禁系统工作方式的选择,控制参数的设定、管理权限的设定等。完成基本控制功能的基础上,充分利用了PLC和触摸屏的功能,使门禁控制系统的功能得到丰富。本门禁控制系统还设计并且增加了消防与报警功能等功能。实现的是进出的管理、进出大楼门的方式方法和报警这些功能,在特殊情况下,启动消防模式,避免此门禁系统造成大的人员伤亡的情况发生。本设计的核心是门禁控制系统总体设计方案与步骤,硬件与软件的设计,电气原理图,电气接线图,电气控制箱,布置图等以及对PLC和触摸屏的编程程序以及通过仿真来模拟门禁系统等环节。

With the continuous improvement of people"s living standard and the increasing attention to safety, the access control system has been paid great attention to, thus promoting and promoting the research and production of safe access control system. So with the vigorous development of access control system. In recent years, with the rapid development of access control systems, some high-tech access control systems have emerged under the control of conventional access control systems, such as wireless identification, fingerprint identification, fingerprint identification, biometric and other high-end technologies. It"s also a reflection of what people say about The requirements and requirements of the access control system are becoming more and more important and strict. The design is a basic access control system, the operation of the door of the lock, through the IC information memory card to store user information, used to read card information reader, send control door switch or not programmable controller, Mode-switching touch screen, door operation lock and infrared sensors and other hardware equipment. The basic control of the electromagnetic lock is accomplished by programming the PLC, and the other functions and modes are embedded by the programming of the touch screen. That is to say, the control of the entrance control system is completed by the PLC, and the work of the access control system is completed by the touch screen. The choice of mode, the setting of control parameters, the setting of management authority and so on. On the basis of the basic control function, the functions of PLC and touch screen are fully utilized, and the functions of the access control system are enriched. The entrance control system also designed and added the function of fire and alarm. It realizes the functions of the management of entrance and exit, the ways and means of entering and leaving the door of the building and the alarm. Under special circumstances, the fire fighting mode is activated to avoid the large casualties caused by the entrance control system.
