1、在林权制度不断深入改革的背景下，分析林农购买火灾保险情况以及我国森林火灾保险的现状和存在问题，对我国个人林政策性森林火灾保险提出相应的建议，以促进林权制度改革下林业建设的可持续发展；2、论文所引用的资料和数据保证准确、可靠，写作过程中，不空发议论，有具体的分析，看重数据和事例的论证效力，独立思考，独立撰写；3、论文应当观点正确、论点鲜明、论据充分、论证有力、条理清晰、语句流畅，具有较好的可读性，并能进行深入分析，见解独到。

研究内容包括以下方面：1.选题的背景、目的、意义；2.关于我国林业中私有林发展现状的研究3.林农投保森林火灾保险情况以及意愿分析4.森林火灾保险的机制以及现状和存在问题分析5.结论与建议（通过分析，从社会、保险公司以及政府方面如何提高林农火灾保险参与率）
