1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

1.1 the purpose andsignificance of the design

with the rapiddevelopment of the electrification and intelligentization of the automotiveindustry, the world’s major automotive manufacturers have regard electricvehicles as the main development trend in the future. the electric drive systemis the core technology of the electric vehicle powertrain system. electricdrive systems currently fall into three main categories: concentrated motordrives, wheel-side motor drives, and electric wheel drives. concentrated motordrive is used to drive an engine in an internal-combustion engine to anelectric motor. a wheel-side motor drive means that a motor and a constantspeed ratio reducer are integrated into a frame, and power is output from theoutput shaft of the speed reducer. the section is transmitted to the wheelaxles to drive the wheels. the electric wheel drive, also known as the hubmotor drive, integrates the hub motor, transmission mechanism, brake and othercomponents in the rim, and the power is directly driven by the hub motorthrough the transmission mechanism. is a separate drive unit. the first twodrive technologies have now been widely applied to mass-produced pure electricvehicles and hybrid vehicles, and electric wheel drive technology has not beenwidely applied to mass-produced pure electric cars because of high technicaland cost requirements. . however, because electric wheel drive still has manyadvantages compared to the former two technologies, electric wheel technologyis a very promising research direction.
compared with other driving methods,electric wheels driven by electric wheels have many advantages:

(1) the transmissioncomponents such as clutch, transmission, transmission shaft and differentialare eliminated, the transmission system is simplified, the transmissionefficiency is improved, and the driving speed is reduced. noise.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1 basic content of design

(1) electric wheel target analysis and total task determination.
(2) overall design of electric wheel.
(3) the structural design of the electric wheel assembly, including the designand performance simulation of the hub motor; connection design of the hubbearing, strength check and three-dimensional modeling; planetary geartransmission calculation, gear strength check calculation, transmissionmechanism design; determine the maximum braking torque of the brake, caliperselection, structural design and analysis of the brake disc, simulationverification of braking performance, design and analysis of the hub.

3. 研究计划与安排

(1) The 20th week of the 7th semester: determine graduation design topics,graduation design assignments (related parameters), collection of schoolmaterials, and complete graduation design tasks.
(2) The first week of the 8th semester: plan conception, document retrieval,and completion of the opening report.
(3) The second to third weeks of the 8th semester: foreign language translationand data collection.
(4) The 4th to 6th weeks of the 8th semester: electric wheel preliminary designcalculation, sketch drawing.
(5) The 7th to 9th weeks of the 8th semester: Compilation of design calculationinstructions (thesis), image drawing, modeling, drawing, analysis, simulation,pre-argument, and completion. (6) The 10th to 12th weeks of the 8th semester:pattern and design calculation manuals, information kits, review ofqualifications, and completion of formal thesis.
(7) The 13th week of the 8th semester: the application for reply was filed andthe defense was prepared; the teacher reviewed the drawings and instructions.
(8) The 14th to 15th weeks of the 8th semester: participate in graduationthesis defense.
