TD-SCDMA动态信道分配技术研究开题报告

1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

TD-SCDMA was proposed in 1998 on behalf of China by CATT (Chinese Academy of Telecommunication Technology), and approved by ITU(International Telecommunications Union) as one of the international CDMA standards for 3G mobile communicaitons in May 2000. TD-SCDMA adopts a series of techniques, such as TDD, synchronous CDMA, smart antenna, joint detection, software radio, baton handover, dynamical channel allocation, and so on.

The industries have always battled fordominance between two or more technologies, often the well-established firms ("What Is TD-SCDMA | 3G TD-SCDMA |Radio-Electronics.Com"). In this paper, I am going to focus on thedynamic channel technology of TD-SCDMA (Time Division-Synchronous Code DivisionMultiple Access). It is named as the standard made by China, however, it holdsonly the 7% core patent technology and the rest is with other countries. TD-SCDMAis adopted by the ITU (International Telecommunications Union) as a 3Gstandard. It is not only a channel access method but also known commonly as thewhole air interface specification.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

The whole system of TD-SCDMAuses smart antenna technology and the antenna beam can be used to follow everyuser like SDMA.Itis a synchronous system and it can help alleviating MAI among different users,thus increasing the system budget and the capacity of the system.Italso uses dynamic channel allocation to adjust the radio resource in terms oftime, code and frequency.Itis based upon spread spectrum technology.Ituses the TDD scheme, instead of the FDD scheme which was being used by W-CDMA.TDMA is also used in this technology in addition to CDMA.Thereare synchronous uplink signals at the receiver and it is achieved by continuoustiming slot adjustments.Itis helpful in the beamforming technique applications.Ithas increased system capacity, but at the hardware cost.In this project, the main objective is to understand the delay in adopting TD-SCDMA. I'llidentify the core of the technology and ake comparison with the other forms of technology. And then study on thedynamic channel assignment and challenges in practical operation.

3. 研究计划与安排

1-3 weeks: review of relevant literature, familiar with the meaning and basic research topics, writing a report.4-9 weeks: complete the relevant learning and Research on the theory of knowledge, the basic principle of the TD-SCDMA system for learning, the key technology of the research and analysis of TD-SCDMA system.10-14 weeks: review of MATLAB related knowledge, the basic principle of dynamic channel allocation techniques for simulation analysis, and its application in TD-SCDMA system.15-16 weeks: the analysis of simulation result, and as a basis for the application of its analysis of the graduation design thesis, prepare the thesis.17 weeks: the defense.
