1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

1.1 research purpose

since 2009, china's automobile production and sales have ranked first in the world. and the automobile industry has become an important pillar of the national economy. with the coming of the energy crisis, promoting the development of new energy vehicles has become the consistent goal of the global automobile companies. among new energy vehicles, pure electric vehicle is the best solution at present.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1 Research objective

Through the establishment of electric logistics vehicle mileage estimation model based on driving conditions, logistics enterprises can be helped to improve the estimation accuracy of transport vehicle mileage, and get support for the operation management department to make vehicle route arrangement.

2.2 Research content

(1)Understanding electric vehicle power system, including battery SOC value estimation method and energy management system working mechanism;

(2) Mastering the influencing factors of the driving range of electric logistics vehicles, including quality, temperature, load and working conditions;

(3) ) Master the estimation method of EV's remaining mileage, including the method based on driving condition classification and the method of vehicle dynamic energy calculation.

2.3 Technical scheme

(1) Master the SoC estimation method and energy management method of automobile power battery by analyzing and summarizing the theories and literatures of automobile power system;

(2) Master the influence of quality, temperature, load and operating conditions on driving range by analyzing and deriving the theoretical formula of energy consumption and analyzing the data in the existing literature;

(3) Master the driving condition identification classification and vehicle dynamics derivation estimation method by using statistical software and data modeling software and combining with literature data analysis

2.4 Measures

(1) Master battery SOC estimation method by analyzing and summarizing literature on SOC estimation method of electric vehicle power battery;

(2) Master the energy management methods by analyzing and summarizing the literature of energy management mechanism and carry out the theoretical calculation of energy consumption;

(3) The influence of quality on driving distance is analyzed by combining the energy consumption theory with the data in relevant literature;

(4) The influence of temperature on driving range is mastered by analyzing the data of automobile battery and other documents;

(5) The influence of load on driving distance is calculated by energy consumption theory formula and data analysis is;

(6) The influence of operating conditions on driving mileage is mastered by analyzing data in literature and theoretical calculation;

(7) SPSS principal component analysis and fuzzy clustering method are used for driving condition identification;

(8) The estimation method of automobile dynamics was established through energy consumption analysis and calculation, and MATLAB/Simulink data modeling
