1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

1.purpose and meaning

with the advancement of modern scientific and technological civilization, the dependence of human travel on transportation is gradually increasing, which has promoted the development of the automobile industry at an unprecedented speed.the development and improvement of automobile technology and technology have made people put forward car comfort (ride) and handling. therefore, the performance of the car needs to be further studied and improved, but there are many factors involved in vehicle system dynamics and kinematics, and the external conditions and loads are complex and changeable. among them, the relevant factors in the external environment interactions, these make the vehicle dynamics more difficult to carry out mathematical modeling, simulation calculations, analysis and solution[1]. automotive suspension is the general name of all force transmission connection devices between the body and the wheel. it applies the road surface to the support of the wheel force, tractive force, braking force and lateral reaction force and the torque generated by these forces are transmitted to the vehicle body to ensure the normal driving of the car. suspension system is an important part of the car, and the performance of the car suspension system affects the car's driving important factors for ride comfort, handling stability and safety[2].

the front suspension of dongfeng peugeot 4008 is the macpherson suspension.the macpherson suspension is also called the pillar suspension system.this suspension is common in the front suspension and is one of the most used suspensions in the automotive market. it consists of three parts: shock absorber, coil spring and triangular hem arm, and there are also cars and suvs that will add lateral stabilizer bars to improve the stability of the suspension system. its structure is mainly covered with coil springs on the shock absorber. on the upper part, the shock absorber can prevent the coil spring from shifting forward, backward, left, and right when the force is applied.the spring can only be limited to up and down vibration.at the same time, the stroke length and elasticity of the shock absorber can be adjusted. set the hardware and performance of the suspension to adjust[3]. the wheels of the macpherson suspension system are suspension systems that slide along the king pin. the advantages of this type of suspension are: simple, compact, lightweight, low manufacturing cost, and space. small, can automatically adjust the camber of the wheel, can better adapt to the road surface when the vehicle is cornering, maximize the area of the tire on the ground to achieve the best handling stability, increase the space inside the two front wheels, and facilitate steering system and engine installation, but because of its structureit is straight, lacking the reaction force to the impact from the left and right, and the stiffness of the suspension is weak. the main manifestation is that the roll angle is too large when the vehicle turns, and the brake nods significantly when the vehicle is braking suddenly[4]. small, suitable for small and medium-sized cars, low-end and mid-range suv front suspensions.front suspensions such as guangzhou honda fit, dongfeng peugeot 307, faw toyota corolla, faw-volkswagen magotan and dongfeng peugeot 4008 suv to be studied in this article are used in addition to the macpherson-style independent suspension, even the rear independent suspension of xiali and camry is actually improved from it[5]. it can be seen that macpherson-type suspensions are widely used.
