1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
Ⅰ. purpose and meaning
an automobile axle (also called an axle) is connected to a frame (or a load-bearing body) through a suspension, and wheels are installed at both ends thereof.the role of the axle is to bear the load of the car and maintain the normal driving of the car on the road.according to different driving methods, the axle is also divided into four types: steering axle, drive axle, steering axle and support axle.
as environmental pollution and the energy crisis have attracted widespread attention, the development of the automotive industry has also shifted from traditional fuel vehicles to clean energy vehicles.pure electric vehicles have the advantages of zero pollution and low noise, and have long-term development prospects.with the widespread use of electric vehicles, people have put forward higher requirements for the use of electric vehicles.at the same time, in the process of technology research and development of electric vehicles, some urgent problems need to be solved.
from the perspective of the structure of the car, the axle is a key component of the structure of the car, and the safety of the vehicle depends greatly on the strength of the axle.the axles of electric vehicles have some differences from the traditional fuel vehicle axles in terms of their structural form, performance, layout, and factors affecting life.under some special driving conditions, the working environment of electric vehicle axles is harsh, which will gradually deteriorate during the long-term operation of the vehicle, and axle failure may occur, which may cause vehicle damage and personal danger.therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the reliability of electric vehicle axles.
2. 研究的基本内容与方案
basic content and objectives
(1)parameter matching for the axle power system,select appropriate motor and reducer according to the calculation of minibus parameters,based on this, design an integrated electric drive axle for electric minibus.
(2) check and calculate the internal components of the axle.
(3) analyze the axle structure, understand different working conditions, and use ansys to build a three-dimensional finite element model.
3. 研究计划与安排
1-2 (19-20 weeks of 7 semesters): determine graduation project topics, improve graduation project assignments (relevant parameters), and collect data
3 (the first week of 8 semesters): scheme idea, literature search, and completion report.
4 to 5 (weeks 2-3 of 8 semesters): foreign language translation and data collection again.
