摘 要

随着我国“老龄化”的加剧，如何应对老龄化带来的问题成为当下一项重要的研究课题。目前学界对老年群体的研究越来越多，然而老年人尤其是留守老人似乎成了消极的代名词，被贴上了“社会负担”、“衰弱”的标签。21世纪如何应对“人口老龄化”, 联合国在21世纪初的第二届世界老龄大会提出了“积极老龄化”的政策框架。受该理念影响，笔者认为，社会应当转变对于留守老人的角色定位，推进“积极老龄化“政策，更应认识到留守老人既可以是社会服务的接受者，也可以是社会价值的创造者。

论文以安徽省C村为研究地域，以村内留守老人为主要研究对象，以留守老人家庭中子女为辅助研究对象，对留守老人在社区整合中的作用进行了探究。论文基于积极老龄化视角，引入“社会资本”、”优势视角”等理论，通过分析留守老人在社区整合中发挥作用的机制，通过案例分析留守老人在社区整合中发挥作用的表现，试图转变当前社会对于留守老人的刻板印象，为留守老人营造一个和谐的社会环境。为了更好地发挥留守老人在社区整合中的作用，从扩大社会参与、培育社区中介组织、转变政府职能以及全面树立“积极老龄化“的观念等方面提出了相关对策。最后对全文进行总结并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract

With the intensification of China 's "aging", how to deal with the problems brought about by aging has become an important research topic. At present, there are more and more studies on the elderly. However, the elderly, especially the elderly, seem to have become negative synonyms, and have been labeled "social burden" and "weak". How does the 21st century respond to the "aging of the population" and that the United Nations has put forward a "positive aging" policy framework at the Second World Assembly on Aging in the early 21st century. Affected by the concept, the author believes that society should change the role of the elderly left behind to promote the "active aging" policy, should be aware that the elderly can stay as a recipient of social services can also be the creator of social values.
The paper takes C village in Anhui province as the research area, and takes the elderly in the village as the main research object, and explores the role of the elderly in the community integration as the auxiliary object of the elderly in the elderly. Based on the theory of positive aging, this paper introduces the theory of "social capital" and "advantage angle", and analyzes the mechanism of the elderly who play a role in community integration. Through the case analysis, the old man plays a role in community integration, Society for the left behind the stereotypes of the elderly, to stay for the elderly to create a harmonious social environment. In order to better play the role of the elderly in the community integration, from the expansion of social participation, cultivate community intermediary organizations, change the functions of government and fully establish the "positive aging" and other aspects of the proposed countermeasures. 1.1 研究背景及问题

1.1.1 研究背景

随着我国城市化的迅速发展，大量农村青壮劳动力外出务工，进而导致大批留守老人产生。为了引起社会对于留守老人群体的关注，推动老年福利的解决和老年人社会保障体系的完善，各个社会学科对老年群体尤其是留守老人进行了大量的调查研究。

但是研究的内容主要集中在留守老人的生存状况、留守老人的养老需求和权益保障以及留守老人的社会支持网络构建等方面。这样导致的结果是媒体对于老年群体的负面宣传，使得社会对老年人尤其是留守老人形成一种消极的看法。更是引起了社会对于老龄化现象的一种担忧。正是因为目前学界对于留守老人的研究基本上是把他们看作是一个消极被动的个体，而忽视了其作为一个积极的主体而发挥的积极作用。所以当前涉及留守老人价值和作用的研究很少，将留守老人与社区整合结合起来研究的则是少之又少。

1.1.2 研究问题

本研究以“留守老人在社区整合中的作用”为主题，除了要了解，现实中留守老人在社区整合中是通过什么样的渠道怎样发挥作用的？”也就成为整个研究过程中最为关心的问题。基于这一总问题之下，“当前我国社区建设及整合的运行状况如何，”“留守老人在社区整合的过程中发挥作用的机制……”这些都是必须解答的问题。为了更好的进行本项研究，还需回答以下几个问题：
