摘 要

中国是一个以农业作为第一产业的农业大国。为了更好地提高国民素质，增强经济发展，促进社会的稳定和国家的繁荣，进一步实现民族复兴，农民问题就显得极其重要。农民工人员子女的教育是不可轻忽的焦点问题。流动儿童的教育和培训政策成为最关心的教育问题之一，它必需处理通过实施有效所涉及措施和改进教育政策体系的方式来解决。在现实生活中,在实施改进有关政策的过程中仍然存在许多障碍。采用实地考察法、文献法等讨论农民工子女教育问题，本文从农民工人员子女的教育难处的角度,剖析了农民工子女教育政策的现状及存在的问题,提出了改善农民工子女教育的对策。

社会主义和谐社会憧憬并向往社会平等、社会公平，梦想实现社会大同的美好愿望。在追求社会生产力的增长，推进经济发展的同时，创造国民生产总值的基础上，提高公民整体的社会幸福感，完善和建立健全的社会保障制度，保障整个国家公民合法应享有的福利权，加大公民切身的社会保障力度，提高社会整体福利水平。

近年来伴随着社会生产力水平的不断进步，越来越多的农民工疯狂的涌向大城市，形成了一系列的社会负面效益，其中农民工子女的教育问题就显得极其重要。尽管在义务教育的根砥上，政府通过公办学校来缓解农民工子女的教育难点，但是还是存在很大的教育不公现象。
