摘 要
随着经济社会发展,新时代我国社会主要矛盾已转化为“人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾”,在经济建设取得巨大成就的同时,党和政府也非常重视公共服务领域的投入。
本文使用2015年中国社会综合调查数据来讨论影响我国公共服务满意度的因素以及城乡之间的差异,并在此基础上提出相关建议。研究发现,目前政府公共服务水平仍然有待提升;年龄、户口性质、受教育程度、社会阶层、个人幸福感、地区、有无家用汽车、公众参与、社会公平感知、政府角色认知对居民公共服务满意度的影响显著;公共服务满意度存在显著城乡差异。本文认为加快城市化进程、大力发展基础设施建设、完善社会保障体系、建立公共服务满意度测评反馈机制、激发公民参与公共服务建设的热情与信心等能提高居民对政府公共服务的总体满意度,并有效缩小城乡居民对公共服务满意度的差异。

Research on Urban-rural Differences of Residents' Public Service Satisfaction in China——Based on CGSS-2015
Abstract
In the new era of economic and social development, the main contradiction in our society has changed to "the contradiction between the imbalance and the growing imbalance of people's needs for a better life and inadequate development". Economic construction has achieved great results, but parties and governments must express their opinion in the public services sector.
This article uses data from the 2015 China Social Survey to discuss the factors that affect the satisfaction of public services in China and the differences between urban and rural areas, and presents relevant suggestions. What to do. It has been found that age, household type, level of education, social class, personal well-being, community, availability of vehicles for families, mass participation, social justice, and recognition of the role of government. in the public service of residents. It shows that the current level of public service government still needs to be improved, the impact of satisfaction is significant, and the degree of public service satisfaction varies greatly between urban and rural areas. This research is to create a feedback mechanism to accelerate the urbanization process, actively develop infrastructure construction, improve the social security system, and assess the satisfaction of public services. This paper argues that by inspiring the confidence and motivation of the people involved, it is possible to improve the overall satisfaction of government public services for residents and the satisfaction of public services for urban and rural residents. It effectively reduces the gap between them.
