摘 要

当前在我国，关于社区服务的居民参与情况不容乐观。本文以参与社区服务的低龄老人为研究对象，运用文献法、比较研究的研究方法，探索低龄老人参与社区服务的现状及路径研究。通过研究，本文总结了低龄老人参与社区服务的主要内容和特点，并探索归纳出家庭内、外两种影响因素。最后探索促进低龄老人参与社区服务的策略，分为三方面展开。加强政策支持和制度保障方面，要制定和完善相关的政策与法规，健全志愿服务制度体系及志愿者管理制度，并建立健全社区持续性激励的机制。整合和拓展社区资源方面，要完善社区配套设施建设，提高社区老人之间信任度，开展服务技能培训，加强宣传与倡导，扩展社区服务内容。最后，建立网络信息管理平台，促进低龄老人参与社区服务。

Research on the Status Quo and Path of Young People Participating in Community Service

Abstract

At the present moment, there are still difficuilties in the insufficient participation of residents in the respect of the community service in China. Based on the younger elderly who participate in community services as the research object, by means of literature and comparative research methods, this article explores the current situation and path research of the younger elderly participating in community services. Through research, this paper summarizes the main content and characteristics of the participation of young people in community services, and explores and summarizes the two influencing factors inside and outside the family. Finally, explore strategies to promote the participation of young people in community services, which are divided into three aspects. In the regard of strengthening policy support and system guarantee, it is imperative to draft and perfect the correlative polices and legislations, ameliorate the voluntary service system and volunteer management regulation, establish and improve a sustainable incentive scheme for the community. In respect of concordancy and continuation of community resources, it’s supposed to consummate the community infrastructures, increase the trust between the elderly in the community, carry out service skills training, strengthen publicity and advocacy, and expand community service content. Last but not least, it’s oblige to build up a internet information administration system to boost the younger elderly to have a hand in community services.
