摘 要
教育通识化过程中的专业教育正在向多学科复合、稳基础、普适性高的人才培养方式转变。大学生跨专业学习群体同样在不断壮大。本文聚焦于大学生群体跨专业学习能力的构建,通过对学习动机、学习态度、学习方法等不同维度的分析。针对大学生跨专业学习过程中存在的问题,提出了调动大学生对专业学习兴趣、正确认识和评价自己、合理定位自我、纠正学习态度等对策和建议。树立正确的学习意识,开展广泛的跨专业学术交流,学校为学生课程设置独立的专业基础知识,充分发挥跨专业背景的优势才能使得本科生跨专业学习群体的学习事半功倍。跨专业学习是科技时代的大势所趋,提高基于注意力分配能力的“一专多能”能力,有助于人们树立跨专业学习的信心,提高跨专业学习的效率。

Investigation and research on cross-professional learning ability of undergraduate group
Abstract
The professional education in the process of educational knowledge is changing to the multi-disciplinary compound, stable foundation and high universal talent training mode. The cross-disciplinary learning Group of college students is also growing. This paper focuses on the construction of college students ' cross-professional learning ability, through the analysis of different dimensions such as learning motivation, learning attitude and learning methods. Aiming at the problems existing in the course of college students ' cross-professional learning, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as mobilizing college students ' interest in professional study, correctly understanding and evaluating themselves, reasonably locating themselves, correcting their learning attitude, etc. To establish a correct sense of learning, to carry out a wide range of cross-disciplinary academic exchanges, schools for students to set up independent professional basic knowledge for the curriculum, give full play to the advantages of cross-professional background, so that undergraduates across the professional learning group to learn more with less. Cross-professional learning is the general trend of the age of science and technology, improve the ability of "multi-skilled" based on attention distribution ability, help people to establish the confidence of cross-professional learning, improve the efficiency of cross-professional learning.
