摘 要

自从实行改革开放以来，我国对外开放程度不断加深，越来越多的农村青壮年看到了城市发展的美好前景，于是他们为了生计和自身的发展奔向城市。这一发展使得城乡人口流动速度不断加快，不仅对我国的政治、经济产生了深刻影响，还使得人口发生了巨大的变化，产生了数以万计的农村留守儿童。这些孩子有的会表现出性格上的坚强乐观、懂事乖巧，也有的孩子性格内向、沉默寡言。不管是第一类孩子，还是第二类孩子，他们都需要全社会的关爱。因为未成年人身心都是比较脆弱的，尤其是心理健康状况更需要高度重视，行为上也需要正确的引导，缺少父母的教导会对他们以后的成长产生不利影响。本文主要研究分析农村留守儿童心理健康与社会支持之间的关系，目的是为了增加留守儿童的社会支持程度，增强心理弹性，从而提高农村留守儿童的心理健康水平，让留守儿童能够健康快乐地成长。

Analysis of the Relationship between Mental Health and Social Support of Left-behind Children in Rural Areas

Abstract

Since the policy of reform and opening to the outside world, the speed of population flow between urban and rural areas in China has accelerated. A great quantity of rural laborers rushed to cities for their livelihoods. This has not only had a profound impact on Chinese politics and economy, but also caused a large change in the population, generating tens of thousands. Rural left-behind children. Some of these children will show strong optimism and dexterity, and some children will be introverted and reticent. Whether it is the first class of children or the second class of children, they all need the care of the whole society. Because the minors are physically and mentally vulnerable, especially the mental health needs to be highly valued, and the behavior needs to be properly guided. The lack of parental teaching will have an adverse impact on their future growth. This paper primarily studies and analyzes the relation between psychological health and social support of left-behind children in rural areas. The purpose is to increase the social support level of left-behind children and enhance their psychological flexibility, so as to improve the mental health of left-behind children in rural areas and enable left-behind children to grow healthily and happily.

一、绪论

（一）选题背景和研究意义

改革开放以来，城乡人口流动壁垒被打破，大量的农村劳动力为了生计奔向城市，不仅对我国的经济、政治等产生了深刻影响，也导致成千上万的农村留守儿童产生。2013年5月，全国妇联发布了《全国农村留守儿童、城乡流动儿童状况研究报告》，该报告根据《中国2010年第六次人口普查资料》样本数据进行推算，全国农村留守儿童共6102.55万，占农村儿童的比重为37.7%，占全国儿童的21.88%^[1]。这些农村留守儿童长期缺少父母的陪伴，日常照顾、家庭教养、安全保护、情感交流等方面都有所缺失，对儿童的身心健康都造成了一定的影响。不管是普通儿童还是农村留守儿童，都是祖国的未来和希望，需要全社会的共同关心与爱护。

如今的中国，经济快速发展，尽管城乡差距有所缩小，但是仍有许多农村户口的青壮年劳动力向城市涌入。这些人大多是第一代的农村留守儿童，他们的孩子也很有可能成为第二代留守儿童。虽然社会对留守儿童的关注度越来越高，但是问题仍然无法得到彻底解决，比起物质上的缺失，农村留守儿童的心理健康更需要高度重视。研究分析农村留守儿童心理健康和社会支持之间的关系，有助于提高农村留守儿童的心理健康水平，增强心理素质，使其健康快乐地成长。
