摘 要

解决农村养老问题是完成我国全面建设小康社会任务的关键一环。目前我国农村以家庭养老为主要养老方式，本文旨在通过对丹阳市前马陵村家庭养老状况的实地调查来研究农村家庭养老存在的问题并提出解决对策。

笔者通过问卷调查和结构访谈调研了前马陵村家庭养老的基本情况。通过对前马陵村八位具有典型代表的老年人的健康状况、经济状况以及休闲娱乐方式等的深入调查和数据分析，并结合有关文献研究，笔者发现，前马陵村家庭养老存在农村老人精神文化匮乏，养老理念落后，政府政策支持不足以及农村养老资金、养老资源不足以及部分老人的差异化服务需求很难得到有效满足等突出问题。笔者认为，政府可通过加强养老文化服务体系建设，加大政策和资金投入，完善农村家庭养老服务配套政策等方式来加大农村养老公共服务供给。同时，为提高农村养老服务质量，应创造条件，在农村加强专业社工对农村养老服务的介入，将家庭养老、社会化养老与专业社会工作服务有机结合，以更好地提高农村社区家庭养老的服务质量和服务水平。

The Predicament and Countermeasure of Rural Community Family 

Supporting for the Aged

-- Based on the Investigation of the Former MaLing Village in Danyang

Abstract

Solving the problem of rural old-age care is a key link to complete the task of building a well-off society in an all-round way. At present, family pension is the main way to provide for the aged in rural China. This paper aims to study the existing problems of rural family pension and propose solutions through the field investigation on the situation of family pension in Qianmaling village of Danyang city.

The author investigated the basic situation of family pension in Qianmaling village through questionnaire and structural interview. Through in-depth investigation and data analysis of the health status, economic status and leisure and entertainment modes of eight typical elderly people in Qianmaling village, and combined with relevant literature research , the author finds that there are some outstanding problems in family pension in Qianmaling village, such as the lack of spiritual culture of rural elderly, backward pension concept, insufficient government policy support, insufficient pension funds and pension resources in rural areas, and the difficulty in effectively meeting the differentiated service needs of some elderly people. The author believes that the government can increase the supply of public services for the aged in rural areas by strengthening the construction of cultural service system for the aged, increasing policy and capital investment, and improving supporting policies for the aged service for rural families. At the same time, in order to improve the service quality of rural old-age care, conditions should be created to strengthen the intervention of professional social workers in rural old-age care services, and the organic combination of family old-age care, social old-age care and professional social work services, so as to better improve the service quality and service level of rural community family old-age care.
