摘 要

近年来，困境儿童合法权益受到侵害的事例十分常见，因此引发了社会对此事的高度关注。本文以南京浦口区的“温暖童年梦，阳光伴成长”困境儿童项目为例，在此基础上对困境儿童救助中大学生志愿服务进行研究。

本文主要由五章组成，第一章是绪论部分，介绍了本文的研究背景及意义、研究思路及方法、相关的研究综述、并对相关概念进行了界定。第二章针对当前困境儿童的救助方式与问题进行说明。第三章阐述了大学生参与困境儿童救助的途径与优势。第四章以“温暖童年梦，阳光伴成长”项目为例，简要概括项目的成效以及存在的问题。第五章对项目存在的问题提出了一些建设性的建议。

Research on College Students' volunteer service in the relief of children in difficult situations-- a case study of "warm dream of childhood , sunshine with growth" project

Abstract

In recent years, examples of the legitimate rights and interests of children in difficult situations in the society are violated, caused widespread concern in the community. The paper takes “warm dream of childhood , sunshine with growth” project for example, it’s a project of children in difficult situations in Nanjing Pukou district. And on such a basis, the paper study of college students' volunteer service in the relief of children in difficult situations.

This paper is composed of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the paper, introducing the background and significance of this study, research ideas and methods, summary of related research and the relevant concepts were defined in this chapter. The second chapter in view of the relief way and problems of children in difficult situations. The third chapter expounds the ways and advantages of College Students' participation in the relief of children in difficult situations. The fourth chapter takes “warm dream of childhood , sunshine with growth” project for example. The paper briefly summarizes the effectiveness of the project and the existing problems. The fifth chapter puts forward some constructive suggestions for the project.

一、绪论

（一）研究背景及意义

儿童作为一个弱势群体，需要受到社会的关怀，特别是儿童中的特殊群体——困境儿童。近年来社会上儿童由于监护失职导致事故的案例层出不穷，引起了社会各界广泛关注。我国政府致力于改善困境儿童的生存和发展现状，对儿童福利事业投入大量的人力、物力和财力。但是，要改善困境儿童的生活处境光靠政府的救助是不足够的，因此，非政府组织的力量也尤为重要，然而双方在救助的过程中都存在一些缺陷。在此背景下，大学生志愿服务作为一种独特的服务模式，在一定成程度上可以弥补政府职能与非政府组织的不足。
