摘 要

诚信作为道德准则的重要组成部分，时刻都对我们施加着影响，几乎每个人都会从诚信的维度去评价其他人、事、物，从而主动的选择成为一个什么样的人，做什么样的事，怎么和这个世界相处。诚信是做人的基本原则，是建设和谐社会的基础。改革开放以后，我国进入了一个大变革时代，经济结构的转变，导致社会各方面都发生了巨大的变迁，随着社会主义经济的发展，以往的道德准则受到很大的冲击，由此引发了很多诚信问题。当代的大学生作为在这一时期成长的一代人，不可避免的在成长过程中受此影响，导致部分大学生存在诚信缺失现象。大学生的诚信意识、诚信行为、诚信品质，关系良好社会风尚的形成，关系社会主义和谐社会的构建，在一定意义上关系到中华民族的未来。如何引导大学生诚信教育，改善大学生诚信缺失现象，是我国高校教育不可忽视的重要部分。目前，大学生诚信缺失现象主要表现在信贷诚信缺失、考试诚信缺失、就业诚信缺失、日常言行诚信缺失、学术诚信缺失这几方面。造成大学生诚信缺失现象的原因有很多，从外因来看，德育教育缺陷、社会大环境的影响以及法治监管不导致这些因素都是引发大学生诚信缺失现象的诱因。而从大学生自身来看，未形成正确的价值观以及从众心理严重是造成这些现场发生的根本原因。

文章首先从诚信的基本问题着手，归纳总结了诚信的一些基本概念，并且概括了总体现状。然后，阐述了诚信对当代大学生成才的重要性。其次，阐述了大学生诚信缺失的种种不良现象并深入剖析了当代大学生诚信缺失问题的成因，分为外部环境的影响和内因的决定因素。这部分将是本文讨论的重点及难点，从多个方面剖析了大学生在现实生活中有关诚信的种种问题，并且针对问题系统地从外因环境影响和内因的决定因素等诸多方面深刻剖析了其产生的原因。最后，试图找到有效的手段和对策，构建当代大学生诚信教育体系，对大学生进行有效引导、诚信教育和制度约束，为开展大学生诚信教育提供科学的理论参考和有效的实践指导及有力的物质法制保障。

一、绪论

（一）、研究背景及意义

人是社会中得基本个体单位，整个社会关系网就是由一个个的人所组成的。因此每一个人的诚信与整个社会的诚信息息相关。当今社会的诚信缺失现象已经变成了一个非常严重的社会问题。无论是作为个人，或者是集体，更甚至上升到政府。整个社会的诚信值朝着越来越低的方向发展着。

在生活中，诚信缺失现象的出现会导致人与人之间关系产生隔阂，从而败坏了整个社会的风气。社会中的每个个体个体行为在相互的互动中都会对其他的主体产生这样那样、或好或坏的影响。信任是社会中每个个体进行互动行为的基础，而诚信缺失现象的产生会导致个体之间的信任度减少甚至消失，最终的后果是个体之间的交流减少，个体之间的互动产生困难。比如在平时的生活中，当别人对你承诺的事未能兑现时，对方在你心中的诚信指数便会下降，你对他的信任度就会因为他行为对你的损害程度下降，从而导致你跟他的互动交流行为逐渐的减少。这在平时生活中是经常发生的事情。当这种个体间的行为不断放大延伸至整个社会的时候，那么整个社会便无法进行正常的互动行为，从而形象了整个社会的良好运转，整个社会便会停滞不前。当代大学生拥有较之其他群体更高的知识储备，作为未来社会最重要参与建设群体，大学生群体的诚信状况与我国社会的发展有着巨大的联系。只有当代大学生群体普遍具有较高的诚信状况，才能更好地促进我国社会的进一步发展。然而，从近几年状况来看，我国高校大学生中普遍存在信贷诚信缺失、考试诚信缺失、就业诚信缺失、日常言行诚信缺失以及学术诚信缺失等不良现象。目前上述现象在大学生群体中间时有发生，诚信缺失现象已经成为了一个大学生群体中常见问题，并且已经到了不可忽视的地步。然而对于大学生诚信缺失现象的相关研究仅仅停留在起步阶段，缺乏理论性、系统性的研究。

大学生相对于其他群体来说，出现诚信缺失现象会引发很严重的危害，当其出现诚信缺失现象时，对其所在学校的形象会有很大的损害，同时作为祖国未来建设的生力军，其出现诚信缺失现象也会间接地影响社会的和谐有序发展，而最直接、最严重的影响还是大学生自身，会对其其个人今后的成长和发展产生很严重的危害。研究大学生群体诚信缺失现象，并提出相关的解决对策，不但有助于大学校园的校风建设以及社会的健康发展，也有利于引导大学生养成良好的道德习惯，让其健康发展。

（二）、国内外研究现状

国外研究起步较早，国外的学者对影响大学生诚信的因素虽然进行了研究，并且提出了大量的切实可行的对策。虽然国外相关研究已取得丰硕的成果，但国外学者对大学生诚信问题研究仍存在不足之处，对于诚信问题的影响因素缺乏系统的理论解释，同时一些理论成果无法随着时代的进步得到实现。国内研究相对于国外研究来说起步较晚，但由于该问题受到了广大学者以及教育工作者的广泛关注，也取得了一定的理论成果。不过对大学生诚信问题的系统性研究还相当薄弱,很多学者只是从某一方面找原因寻对策，没有系统的研究。

（三）、研究内容及方法

第一，本文对我国大学生的诚信现状、大学生诚信问题表现及成因进行了解读，并借鉴已有的理论成果，力求在解决我国高校大学生诚信问题对策上有所突破和创新，尤其在构建诚信的社会氛围和创新学校教育管理体系两方面，通过对已有的对策进行深入挖掘，真正改善大学生诚信方面出现的问题，从而达到提高大学生综合素质的目的。
