摘 要

随着人们对生活品质要求的不断提高，食品的安全便成为重中之重。食品的来源、运输、储存等每一个环节的安全问题都是不容小觑的，都需要进行严格的把关和控制，才能做到真正意义上的安全饮食，绿色饮食。

现代都市生活中的消费方式超市消费已经难以取代。随之而来的，超市食品展柜卫生情况也是影响着食品安全的重要部分。伴随着人类社会的进步发展，人们对生活品质的要求越来越高，各种食品安全问题成为大家关注的焦点。从储存食物的容器的整备出发，使之达到食品安全的要求，最大程度上来减少食品储存过程中的细菌等有害物质的感染，从储存这个环节把食品安全问题弱化到最小。摒弃传统的、繁杂的清洁方式，给食品展柜一种更加便捷有效的清洁方式。本课题将着重研究食品展柜清洗机的表现手法和方式。在造型、结构、材质、色彩、使用功能、交互方式等要素中体现，阐述形式表达要素的使用原则和方法。最终设计出一款适合市场，适合企业的功能性清洗机。

清洗机的整体造型以蜂窝的形式为原型来设计，将功能和结构实现统一和独立的结合，集成蒸汽清洗、吸尘、干燥等功能，使清洗机实现一套完整而简单的清洗工作。
