摘 要

随着现代人们生活水平的提高，在要求高质量的医疗服务的同时对环境设施的要求也越来越高。儿童医院作为一个特殊的医疗环境承担着服务特殊群体儿童的重要任务，而导视系统在其中有着重要的作用。本文通过分析国内与国外的优秀的相关导视设计案例，根据儿童的生理特征、心理特征和行为特征，分析儿童患者的需求，旨在给予患病儿童更多的人文关怀。本课题研究的目的是通过导视系统的优化设计使得医疗环境更适合儿童，以此来减轻儿童在就医时所处产生的抵触与恐惧的精神压力。

本文通过对多个国外案例设计方案进行分析，在学习优秀设计经验的同时针对我国儿童的情况对所学习的经验知识加以改进，使设计更贴近国内的患病儿童群体。并且对我国儿童年龄的界定进行研究，分析不同年龄段儿童的生理特征在导视系统人机工程上的运用，了解不同年龄段儿童的认知特征，通过色彩、图形、文字的设计，使导视系统色彩更加鲜明，文字与图形更加简洁易识别。本文希望能够通过对儿童医疗导视系统的设计与改进能够营造出更加完备的贴近儿童的就医诊疗环境，增进医疗工作人员与患者之间的配合，方便患者在就医以及诊疗时的寻路，能快捷找到目的地的所在，以减轻寻路过程中所产生的焦虑情绪，同时也降低医患矛盾爆发的可能性。

Abstract

With the improvement of modern people's living standard, high quality medical services are required while environmental facilities are required more and more. As a special medical environment, children's hospital undertakes the important task of serving the special group of children, and the guidance system plays an important role in it. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign excellent guide design cases, this paper analyzes the needs of children patients according to their physiological characteristics, psychological characteristics and behavioral characteristics, in order to give more humanistic care to the sick children. The purpose of this research is to make the medical environment more suitable for children through the optimal design of the guidance system, so as to reduce the mental stress of children's conflicts and fears when they seek medical treatment.

In this paper, through the analysis of a number of foreign case design schemes, while learning excellent design experience to improve the learning experience in view of the situation of China's children, so that the design closer to the domestic group of sick children. In addition, the author studies the definition of children's age in China, analyzes the application of the physiological characteristics of children of different age groups in the ergonomics of the guidance system, and understands the cognitive characteristics of children of different age groups. Through the design of colors, graphics and characters, the guidance system is more vivid in color, and the text and graphics are more concise and easy to identify. This article hopes to through to the children's medical guide design and improvement of the visual system to create a more complete close to children's medical diagnosis and treatment of the environment, improve cooperation between medical staff and patients, patients with convenient pathfinding during medical treatment and diagnosis and treatment, can quickly find the place of destination, to alleviate the pathfinding produced in the process of anxiety, but also reduce the possibility of doctor-patient conflicts broke out.

1 绪论

1.1引言

随着改革开放政策的深入，我国经济文化得到飞速发展，在各行各业都迎来翻天覆地的改革背景下，GDP带动CPI提升，人们的需求也在成比例的上升。人们对医疗服务以及医疗环境设施也产生了更高的要求。随着国家“全面二胎”政策的实行，儿童的数量也开始大幅增长，根据国家卫计委的预测，在公元两千零二十四年的时候儿童的数量将会达到两亿六千五百万，对于儿童公共空间的需求也随之大幅上升，原有的偏向成人的导视设计已经不能满足儿童的需求。

1.2选题的目的及意义

儿童医院导视系统作为儿童医院与患者之间的沟通的桥梁，在当中有着不能缺少的重要作用。在目前的儿童医院导视系统设计中依然大量保留着综合型医院导视系统的设计特点，这些特点并不符合儿童这个特殊群体的群体特征，因而会出现儿童对于导视信息接收不全的情况。本文研究的目的在于通过对导航行为和导航系统进行优化，从而对视觉信息的常熟效率进行提升，儿童有着较为特殊的诊断属性，因此应该在相关导航上更为注意。为了减轻患儿在进入医院的压迫感和紧张感，进一步拉近医患之间的关系，本文从儿科的导视系统入手，对儿童医院的相关设计进行研究探索，充分发挥现代医院科学全面的治疗理念，以人文关怀为目的对儿童医院的导航进行设计研究，为该课题的适用性发展提供经验。导视的原理是观察这通过感知和记忆在自己的思想中形成周围环境和环境信息的过程。寻路标牌系统是基于人们“寻路”的信息设计系统。它充当信息载体，帮助人们了解如何使用空间。导视系统的主要功能是引导人们有效地区分区域，而不会受到奇怪的环境和语言的干扰。以最为准确和直接的行动完成既定的目标，是一种高效快捷的路标性质的指引。儿童医院的导视系统仅仅只是该课题下的一种特殊情况和单独的方向。相比儿科，其他不同部门也可以根据实际所需，为患者带来更为舒适和自然有效的导视设计，以此方便患者使用，特别是第一次进入医院就诊的患者，成功的导航四往往能获得更多的好评，为患者带来安全感，建立医患的信任关系。通过对儿童医院的导视设计和相关处理，有助于设计人员对指导的具体信息进行分类和分类，有效避免功能信息的遗漏或不连贯。完整且设计明确的儿童医院指导系统可以帮助来医院的儿童患者，家庭。
