摘 要

小空间多功能辅助备餐家具设计——本课题通过对传统备餐家具的改良，顺应当今社会小户型家居模式的上升趋势，针对小户型家庭或公司精装宿舍公寓等，在仅有小面积的备餐空间内备餐时，应对空间不足造成的不便。厨房空间小，需要同时备餐的情况下，只靠厨房台面空间不够使用；在员工宿舍存在没有单独设有厨房区域时，在仅能使用简单设备，不做煎炒烹煮等复杂活动时备餐，起到收纳、备餐，甚至就餐的功能。通过对现有产品的调查分析，家具的人机工程学分析，对传统备餐家具的结构的变化，巧妙运用结构设计，变化结构形态，增加实际可操作面积及收纳、拿取功能。

Abstract

Small space multifunctional auxiliary meal preparation furniture design-this subject through the traditional meal preparation furniture improvement, in line with the current social small household model of the rising trend, competition for small household or company hardcover dormitory apartment, etc., in the only a small area of the meal preparation space, to deal with the inconvenience caused by insufficient space. Kitchen space is small, need to prepare meals at the same time, only rely on kitchen countertop space is not enough to use, in the staff dormitory there is no separate kitchen area, in the use of simple equipment, do not do fried cooking and other complex activities to prepare meals, play the function of receiving, preparing meals, and even eating. Through the investigation and analysis of the existing products, the ergonomic analysis of furniture, the change of the structure of the traditional meal preparation furniture, the ingenious use of structural design, the change of structural form, increase the actual operational area and the function of storage and pick-up.
