摘 要

当今世界，动画产业作为一项规模巨大，形式丰富的文化产业，无处不存在与人们的日常工作生活之中。而随着技术不断的革新进步，尤其以软件技术的广泛应用和普及，更是给动画从业者和观众带来了革命性的变化。动画表现形式的不断丰富，使得动画的生命力和魅力得到极大的提升与充实。在当今社会，动画是以其独特的艺术表现力和张力影响着每一个人。作为一种大众化，平民化的艺术形式，动画产业的标准化进程不断深入，所以其制作流程的准确，计算机和其他学科的支持变得极为重要。

一部动画的生产过程，需要各部门的协力合作才能完成。在角色设计、原画、动作、配音、后期等工作上，需要统筹安排，合理的分配，才能全面有效的完成一部优秀动画的制作。

而动画后期是融文字、画面、声音等多个视听语言方面于一体的高度综合创作。它可以说是综合统筹了前期制作的每一个流程，保证了动画制作的流畅性、作品的完成度。当然，作用还不止于这些，还体现了当时技术水准和艺术高度。

所谓的影视动画后期制作就是指借助实际拍摄的部分素材，依托三维动画或是合成手段所制作而成的特技展示镜头，最后将所有的特技镜头进行统一的剪辑处理，从而形成一个完整的影片动画，在这个过程中还要针对于不同的镜头配以声音。可以看出，影视动画后期制作其实为过程范畴的概念。

Abstract: In today"s world, the animation industry is a huge and rich cultural industry, which exists everywhere in the daily work and life of people. With the continuous innovation and progress of technology, especially the widespread application and popularization of software technology, it has brought revolutionary changes to the animation practitioners and audiences. The animation expression form is rich, which makes the animation vitality and charm greatly enhanced and enriched. In today"s society, animation affects everyone with its unique artistic expression and tension. As a popular and common form of art, animation industry standardization, so the production process of accurate, computer science and other support is very important.

The production process of an animation requires the cooperation of various departments to complete. In the role design, original painting, action, dubbing, and later work, it is necessary to make overall arrangement and reasonable distribution, so as to complete the production of a good animation in a comprehensive and effective way.

In the later stage of animation, it is a comprehensive creation of multiple audio-visual languages, including text, picture and sound. It can be said that it is a comprehensive plan for the early production of each process, ensuring the animation production fluency, the completion of the work. Of course, it"s not just that, it"s the technical level and the artistic level.

Film and television animation production means using actual to some of the footage, relying on the three dimensional animation or synthesis methods is made and be become stunt show, finally will be unified all the special camera editing processes, thus forming a complete animation film, in the process, but also for different lenses with sound. It can be seen that the post-production of film and television animation is actually the concept of process category.

1 影片概述

1.1 影片创作构思

短片《二次成长》是根据我们大学生亲身经历而改编而成。每一名大学生从新入学到初步踏入社会，都会有着其独特体验，但是也都有着其共通之处。四年的心理路程，让我们改变了很多，也学到了很多，借着这次创作，我们都试图将内心的变化通过动画的艺术形式进行展现，向世人展示我们作为一名社会新人不一样的一面。
