摘 要

随着经济水平的日渐提高，老龄人在日常生活中对周边的物质需求以及精神需求也在日渐的增加。而年龄的日益增长，同时也给他们带来了生活中的许多不便。出行的缓慢以及需求的增加，同时还有对新生事物的接受。由此探索老龄化人群在社区生活中的主要需求，为他们的晚年生活提供更多的实用性服务，在老龄化社区的建设中显得尤为的重要。本文基与对老龄化人群在生活中对生理与心理上的各项需求的观察与总结，进行老龄化社区的改造。希望能在社区内部尽量为老年人提供生活中所需要的物质服务于精神服务，能够为他们提供一个安稳充实的晚年生活。

The transformation of aging community based on the actual needs of the elderly

Abstract

With the development of economy, the demand of the aged for the material and spirit is increasing day by day. The growing age, but also give them a lot of inconvenience in life. The slowness of travel and the increase in demand, as well as the acceptance of new things. Therefore, it is very important to explore the main needs of the aging population in community life and provide more practical services for them in their later years. This article is based on the observation and summary of the physiological and psychological needs of the aging population in their lives, and carries out the transformation of the aging community. It is hoped that the elderly can be provided with the necessary material and spiritual services within the community, which will provide them with a stable and full life in their later years.
