分布式制造理念下的专用作业工具设计(急救工具设备)毕业论文

摘 要
如今由于人为因素和自然因素的原因,自然灾害频发,造成了巨大的损失,特别在偏远地区,传统的急救工具设备由于地形和复杂环境的限制,救灾工作的进行异常的困难。尽管现在可以通过无人机进行前期的勘察通过空投来发放急救物资,但是仍然很难满足受灾群众急切的心理和生理需求。而且救援工具的维护和保养也成为了一个难题。
本次选题以现有传统的急救工具设备和救援无人机为参考,分析两者的优缺点,和受灾后可能面临的各种困境,在分布式制造理念的指导下,最终设计了一款多用途的救援无人机。本次设计以多功能和信息中继为主,各种不同的功能分别在造型设计方面有所体现。同时通过分析受灾群众的心理需求和其他需求,让无人机拥有更多一般无人机不具有的功能,让本次设计的救援无人机在生理和心理方面同时满足受灾群众的需求。

Abstract
Nowadays, due to human factors and natural factors, natural disasters are frequent, resulting in huge losses, especially in remote areas, the traditional emergency tools and equipment due to terrain and complex environment constraints, disaster relief work difficult. Although it is now possible to carry out pre-survey through unmanned aerial vehicles through airsets to deliver first aid, it is still difficult to meet the urgent psychological and physical needs of the affected population. And the maintenance and maintenance of the rescue tool has become a problem.
This topic is based on the existing traditional emergency equipment and rescue UAV as a reference, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two, and the disaster may face a variety of difficulties, under the guidance of the concept of distributed manufacturing, the final design of a Multi-purpose rescue UAV. The design to multi-function and information relay-based, a variety of different functions were reflected in the design aspects. At the same time by analyzing the psychological needs of the affected people and other needs, so that unmanned aerial vehicles have more general UAV does not have the function, so that the design of the rescue UAV in the physical and psychological aspects of the affected population to meet the needs.
