——众创空间新兴办公模式的室内设计浅析

摘 要：近几年间，我国经济飞速发展，经济模式的转变也引起了办公空间模式的改变。目前众创空间以及其相似的工作环境正在异军突起。国家的政策和社会大环境都在鼓励大家自助创业，在这样的氛围下，因对于中小微企业的创业环境众创空间的模式更加受欢迎，这是毫无疑问的。

众创空间的优势在于模式适应于中小微以及其个人创业者。它的服务宗旨也就是只要有创业的想法，无论项目的大小，人员的多少，资金是否庞大都能够为创业者提供一个良好的无需另费心机的工作环境。在这样的经营模式和空间环境设计规划下，只需支付一定的月租金就能够有一个良好的创业环境。值得一提的是，相较于传统封闭式的工作环境。在众创空间的模式下，工作者不仅可以接触到同行业的同时还能够和不同行业的工作者进行交流。这也有助于创业者的创造力和想象力，也会有可能进行跨专业的合作。在众创空间中，这里已经不是一个单纯的工作场所。经过景观设计师和室内设计师对于环境的美化和空间的重组。这里俨然已经成为了一个MINI社区，除了工作的区域外，还有提供饮食的餐厅，有休闲娱乐作用的图书室游戏房等。

众创空间中的资源共享不仅仅是硬件条件上的资源共享更是人脉资源想法等看不见的软件上的资源共享。如此看来对于中小微及个人创业者来说，众创空间的工作模式更加适合，未来的前景也不可限量。

Abstract：In recent years, China's economy has developed rapidly, and the transformation of economic mode has also changed the mode of office space. At present, public innovation space and its similar working environment are rising rapidly. The national policy and the social environment are encouraging people to start their own business. In this atmosphere, there is no doubt that the model of creating space for small and medium enterprises is more popular.

The advantage of public innovation is that the mode is suitable for small and medium businesses and their individual entrepreneurs. The purpose of its service is that as long as the idea of entrepreneurship, regardless of the size of the project, the number of people, and whether the capital can provide a good working environment for the entrepreneurs without the need for another. Under such a business mode and space environment design plan, only paying a certain monthly rent can have a good entrepreneurial environment. It is worth mentioning that compared with the traditional closed working environment. In the mode of creating space, workers can not only contact with the same industry, but also communicate with workers in different industries. This will also help entrepreneurs' creativity and imagination, and will also be able to engage in cross disciplinary cooperation. This is no longer a pure workplace. After landscaping and interior designers beautify the environment and reorganize the space. It has become a MINI community, in addition to the area of work, there are restaurants to provide food, leisure and entertainment library games room, and so on.

Resource sharing in mass creation space is not only resource sharing on hardware conditions, but also resource sharing on invisible software, such as human resources and ideas. It seems that for small and micro and individual entrepreneurs, the mode of creating more space is more suitable, and the future prospects are limitless.

1.1课题研究背景及现阶段情况

“众创”最先来自2014年9月，总理李克强在今年夏天的达沃斯论坛上发表的讲话。他说：“应该掀起一股新的大规模创业和草根创业浪潮，以促进“大规模创业和创新”。”然后，随着中央政府的政策文件频繁出现，“公共创业和创新”这个词慢慢地为公众所熟悉。
