摘 要

在当今世纪，随着现代文明的快速发展，庭园越来越成为一种理想化追求。居住空间是人最重要的需求之一，庭园不是单纯的观赏游玩场所，而是特定的族群的生活组成，园中的建筑景观服务于园主的起居生活。“以人为本”的现代设计理念和“遵从自然”古典园林原则相融合，以及现代设计语言和古典园林造景相结合的新中式景观在城市化现代化全球化的今天，得到了中国人民乃至世界的认同和认可，并逐渐发展壮大起来。

别墅庭园景观的发展因受文化因素的冲击，经济因素的制约，更需要文化积累的过程，使得还不够成熟，还有很多需要完善和待解决的问题。本文基于对现代主义下的别墅庭园景观的深入探究，通过对中国古典庭园景观的布局手法、植物造景、设计要素、色彩材质和符号元素等的学习、分析与探讨，挖掘中式古典庭园对现代住宅的可取之处，在住宅景观设计越来越“国际化”趋势和现代主义的大环境下对传统庭园的精髓的继承与发展——即新中式庭园景观设计，选择合适的中式回溯的方式，既要具有时代特征，又要不失中式唯美典雅的韵味。

结合当地武当山传统元素“太极”作为空间元素进行推演，同时追求设计的创新度和实用性，保证各个空间的相互兼容，设计出结合中式要素的庭园水景设计、围合界面设计、“下沉式”庭园、冥想空间、一池三山以及庭园植物配置，致力于创造出使现代居住生活和传统精神保持共生的“天人合一” 的供人们观赏、休憩、冥思的新中式庭园，民族性中对文化的认同和依赖会不知不觉中把中式园林文化在现代庭园景观中复活。

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

经历了传统古典园林辉煌之后，到了现代，由于现代主义“国际化”大趋势的影响，西方园林文化的冲击，和城市化进程的加快，对西式园林模式的囫囵吞枣，到寻求具有时代特征的现代中国园林的实践探索。进行中式回溯和传承古典园林文化精髓，批判式的继承传统园林的背景下，新中式风格园林景观逐渐初步形成，一批新中式别墅院子也随之而生。

“新中式”庭园景观以其对古典园林继承的中式回溯，融合现代设计元素和地域文化，形成了独具民族风格的契合现代居住模式，又不失中式唯美典雅韵味的独特风格，受到了广大人民的喜爱，民族性中对文化的认同感和依赖感会不知不觉中把古典园林文化在现代庭园景观中复活。
