摘 要

由于经济飞速发展和人们对生活质量要求不断提高,人们居住区均好性的观念也不断增强,但是,在周边环境不断革新的同时,有很多老旧社区景观残败,人们呼声被忽视,居民生活质量差,老旧社区居民渴望拥有同等地使用环境资源和同等的回报,居住区均好性包括多个方面:日照,通风,等自然条件均好,景观资源均好,公共设施均好等等,形成人们对社区居住环境优劣的一个重要指标.

本课题基于均好景观理念对老旧社区居住区均好性评价内容和相关概念的分析,深入了解居住区景观均好性的本质,通过方法论理论研究进行创作设计,提出对雄楚社区各个系统的均好性设计方案,使社区景观实现均好.

Abstract

Due to rapid economic development and people’s increasing demands for quality of life, the concept of good living in people’s living areas has also been continuously enhanced. However, while the surrounding environment continues to innovate, many old communities have lost their views, people’s voices have been neglected, and residents’ lives have been neglected. Poor quality, old community residents are eager to have the same use of environmental resources and equal returns. The goodness of residential areas includes many aspects: sunshine, ventilation, and other natural conditions are good, landscape resources are good, public facilities are good, etc. Form an important indicator of the quality of the community's living environment.

This project is based on the analysis of the goodness evaluation content and related concepts of the old community residential area based on the concept of good landscape, and has an in-depth understanding of the nature of the landscape goodness in residential areas, and creative design through methodological theoretical research and put forward various systems for the Xiongchu community. The goodness of the design program, so that the community landscape is achieved.
