摘 要

随着人们生活水平的提高，大多数人的审美以及对生活环境质量的要求也也越来越高，主要体现在人们希望自己的居住环境更据具特色。而在该范围内，传统居民区中，专门为儿童所独有的活动空间的设计则有些跟不上时代的快节奏进步。在传统居民区中儿童活动空间的设计上如何突破传统的设计模式、从根本上的设计思维上进行更新，是当前我们需要严肃探讨的课题。

本文以儿童为主体研究对象，同时对传统居民区的资料收集和对儿童乐园进行研究，通过整理文献资料、实地考察社区情况等方式进行调查。文章内容主要分为四个章节，第 1 章为绪论，从我国传统社区内儿童乐园现状分析出发，对比国内外儿童乐园的优缺点。第 2 章，指出了传统社区对景观设计提出的新要求，其次，对儿童进行年龄段分组，分析了儿童主要心理和行为特点及儿童户外活动的特征。第 3 章，剖析儿童游戏类型及设施配置，基地选址与场地设计，功能配置与空间组织，介绍了材料、色彩、绿化在儿童乐园中的运用方式。第 4 章，对蔡家田A社区及龟北社区儿童乐园进行方案设计解析。第 5章，结论与展望，通过对传统社区儿童乐园的设计研究为儿童乐园合理化设计提供参考性意见，以期望未来儿童乐园能在不同区域，不同性质地点的推广使用。

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of living standard, the living material conditions are improving day by day. Along with the further development of the housing marketization, the characteristic living environment has become an urgent need for people to choose the housing. In this area, children's play Spaces in traditional communities that are purely for children are pale and cramped. On the design of the traditional children's game in the community environment how to break the "bunker slide" mode, on the design concept of innovation, is the current we need to face and solve a serious issue. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the design concept of children's amusement park, so as to continue the tradition and achieve the goal of innovation in inheritance.

The most important function of community children's paradise is that it effectively protects the right of urban children to play. Now the children and live in a traditional community and cubicle, no broad area for them to run and play play, this is largely limits the rights of children's play and make friends. It is necessary to promote the development of children and protect their rights by carrying out innovative and practical design of children's amusement parks in traditional communities and giving children a place to play.

Based on the traditional community, children, children's park as the research object, through finishing methods such as literature, field survey community case wuhan two different types of traditional community to look at the children activity space analysis, provide a reference basis for subsequent design. The content of this paper is mainly divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. Based on the analysis of the status quo of children's paradise in China's traditional community, the paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of children's paradise at home and abroad. Chapter 2, this paper expounds the characteristics of the traditional community structures and public environment, points out the traditional community puts forward new requirements to the landscape design, secondly, the age group of children, children's main psychological and behavior characteristics are analyzed and the features of children's outdoor activities. Chapter 3, analyze the children's game type and facilities configuration, base site selection and site design, function configuration and spatial organization, this paper introduces the materials, the application of color, green in the children's playground. In chapter 4, the scheme design of children's park in CAI jiada A community and turtle north community is analyzed. In chapter 5, conclusion and prospect, through the research on the design of the traditional community children's park to provide reference opinions for children's paradise rational design, to expect the future children's park to in different areas, promote the use of different sites.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

我国是人口大国，但近几年进行了政策调整，如全面开放二胎政策，这些调整措施势必会改善我国人口低生育状态，未来我国儿童数量将会呈现增长趋势。

面对增长趋势的到来，儿童所享有的户外游戏空间的相关建设也应逐步加快。但国内儿童乐园的建设现状却令人堪忧，儿童乐园质量不容乐观，设计缺乏创意，场地选择随意，所提供的的游戏设施的设计也跟不上时代的发展。

随着生活水平的提高及开放式社区理念的提出，传统社区里的供居民使用的基本设施开始显得力不从心。在传统社区中供人们休闲活动的区域占据着重要的份额，且儿童是社区公共空间中使用频率最高的人群。至此，为儿童营造一个符合传统社区景观设计要求的活动空间是当前紧要的任务。

1.2 课题研究的目的与意义

1.2.1 课题研究目的

童年时期是人的能力与性格培养的关键阶段，传统社区儿童乐园设计研究的目的是通过对儿童心理、行为特征的分析，了解儿童各阶段的变化，不同阶段的儿童所需要的游戏类型，以人性化的设计为儿童设计户外娱乐活动的专门场所，满足未来更多儿童的户外娱乐需求。同时将传统社区景观的设计要求与儿童乐园设计相结合，达到社区资源与城市共享的目的。

1.2.2 课题研究意义

本文期望通过对儿童乐园设计要求与方法的探究来指导社区儿童乐园的建设。户外娱乐活动可以让孩子从学校学习的压力中解放出来，释放他们天真烂漫活泼的个性，提供给他们自由表现的机会。同时，面对未来儿童数量上升趋势，儿童乐园的数量与质量也应相应的提升上去，给孩子一个更友好的户外活动空间，帮助其发展更多的兴趣，提升其综合素质。

1.3 课题研究的内容及方法

1.3.1 课题研究内容

进行相关传统社区的背景调研。通过查阅相关资料和文献，对相关传统社区背景进行了解，对该社区的社区概况、交通条件、年龄分布进行梳理。前期深入了解，分析国内外儿童乐园设计现状，了解儿童乐园发展现状与其存在问题，对其可行性进行分析，以此为基础进行实地考察来确定选址与方向。 案例分析与查找。查找相关的设计资料，对其进行分析比较，结合自身选址，明确自身设计方向。前期考察报告与草图阶段。因地制宜，了解选址本身环境条件的基础上，结合儿童乐园设计存在的问题进行分析，初步确立概念草图。方案修改。通过大量的资料分析以及导师指导，从中修改方案，深化方案。
