摘 要

现代科技发展日新月异，许多城市旧工业区却无法适应城市的发展更替，保留一代人的记忆与提升城市整体环境之间的矛盾日益显著。如何使旧工业区空间环境融入周边城市环境，并引领城市未来的更新发展趋势成了当务之急。

依托电子信息技术的发展之下，移动互联网技术的长足发展使得景观交互成为可能，且交互设计理念在未来的世界发展中必定会体现在方方面面。在此背景下，将交互设计的理念融入景观改造中，运用现代科学、革新的材料，并融合新的艺术设计手法，能够创造出既保留场所特点、及时匹配城市更新，又能使人参与其中的空间环境。从而达到人与景观环境的交流互动，形成以存量空间更新为主的综合园区。

本文结合实际案例，探讨交互设计对旧工业区景观改造产生的影响，从而说明未来景观改造和城市更新的发展趋势。

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, many old industrial areas in cities are unable to adapt to the replacement of urban development. The contradiction between preserving the memory of a generation and improving the overall urban environment is becoming more and more obvious. How to integrate the spatial environment of the old industrial zone into the surrounding city environment and lead the future renewal and development trend of the city has become an urgent task.

With the development of electronic information technology, the rapid development of mobile Internet technology makes landscape interaction possible, and the concept of interaction design will be reflected in all aspects in the future development of the world. In this context, the concept of interactive design is integrated into the landscape transformation, modern science and innovative materials are applied, and new artistic design techniques are integrated, so as to create a space environment that not only retains the characteristics of the site, matches the urban renewal in a timely manner, but also enables people to participate in it. So as to achieve the interaction between people and the landscape environment, and form a comprehensive park based on the renewal of stock space.

This paper discusses the influence of interactive design on the landscape transformation of old industrial zone based on practical cases, so as to illustrate the development trend of landscape transformation and urban renewal in the future.

1.1.1研究背景

当今而言，交互性景观改造设计属于比较新的研究领域，国内外均缺乏系统的理论成果，而工业园区改造在城市化快速化发展中则由来已久，相关理论知识及案例均比较丰富，但是大多采用传统景观设计手法，在城市更新发展中始终处于被动地位。景观设计本质上也是在对空间氛围进行营造，以往注重视觉感知的游赏式景观和表象式设计手法已不能满足人们的需求，而那些单一从景观生态、海绵城市角度考虑的城市公共空间和单一从建筑翻新角度考虑的工业区改造项目则因为均因为缺乏人的参与而与城市产生割裂感。受限制于场地条件与大众思维里的古老沿革，景观理论上目前多为承前；但同时受益于电子信息技术和材料学科的快速发展，未来景观实践中互动性景观必会成为大势所趋。

1.1.2研究意义

交互景观设计是一种多元化的科技实践，主要围绕人在景观中与自身、他人、环境、媒介元素之间的感知体验和信息的双向交流展开。新兴技术结合旧工业区改造以期为目前景观建设和使用过程中工业园区文化符号留存更新问题以及人与环境的关系问题提供解决对策，在形式与功能间更好的建立联系，为景观设计在未来的城市更新发展中提供具有启发性和参考性价值的新思路。
