摘 要

近些年随着城市的发展以及社会转型升级，很多工业工厂被废弃或者暴力拆除，但其又在城市中占据很好的地理位置。一方面这些被废弃的工厂是城市重要的工业遗产符号，承载着武汉几十年社会历史变革的沧桑记忆，是武汉形象的重要组成部分，另一方面如何使这些工厂空间再生，继续保存、或者重建、亦或是修复更新赋予其新的时代意义，改造再利用这些废弃工厂使其符合新时期社会发展需求是目前亟待解决的问题。

项目正是探寻一种创造性的、可行的方式改造废弃工厂内部空间。在保留厂房原有特有元素的同时，以五感设计的策略和手法对其加以创造性地修复、再利用，营造出汉味文化创意浸入式新型空间体验，呈现出厂房内部空间既现代又怀旧的独特美学，重新焕发工业遗产文化和武汉本土文化在人们心中消失已久的情怀，引起巨大的共鸣。

Abstract

In recent years, with the development of the city and social transformation and upgrading, many industrial factories have been abandoned or demolished by violence, but they occupy a good geographical position in the city. On the one hand, these abandoned factories are important industrial heritage symbols of the city, bearing the memories of decades of social and historical changes in Wuhan, and are an important part of the image of Wuhan. On the other hand, how to make these factories space regeneration, continue to preserve, or rebuild, or repair and update to give them new significance of the times, transform and reuse these abandoned factories to make them conform to the new At present, the need of social development is an urgent problem to be solved.

The information human perceives often comes from the awakening of five senses. When multiple senses flow into the brain, the three-dimensional and abundant space field appears in an instant. The project is to explore a creative and feasible way to transform the internal space of the abandoned factory. While retaining the original unique elements of the factory building, the unique charm of sensory language is used to creatively repair and reuse it with the strategy and method of five senses design, so as to create a new immersion space experience of Chinese culture and creativity, present the unique aesthetics of both modern and nostalgic interior space of the factory building, and rejuvenate the industrial heritage culture and Wuhan local culture in people's mind The long lost feelings have aroused great resonance.

1.1 课题研究背景

武汉作为国家重要的历史文化名城，同时又是国家的重点工业基地，近些年随着城市的发展以及社会转型升级，很多工业工厂被废弃或者暴力拆除，但其又在城市中占据很好的地理位置。一方面这些被废弃的工厂是城市重要的工业遗产符号，承载着武汉几十年社会历史变革的沧桑记忆，是武汉形象的重要组成部分，另一方面如何使这些工厂空间再生，继续保存、或者重建、亦或是修复更新赋予其新的时代意义，改造再利用这些废弃工厂使其符合新时期社会发展需求是目前亟待解决的问题。

本课题意在用一个独特的角度切研究，针对废弃工厂建筑与文化创意产业之间新型互动关系展开探究，探寻更多废弃工厂内部空间改造再利用的可能性。本次课题将五感独特的创新思维转化为最精辟的设计手法，触发体验者的五官，调动体验者的五觉，启动体验者内心深处的情感记忆，创造出室内体验空间的归属感和亲和感，为室内空间的设计提供多样的表达方式，也可以为其发展提供一个全新的角度。故此，本次课题可以为五感设计的理论研究提供一个实际的验证。
