摘 要

我国老年人口每年增长速度飞快，这就导致老年人对医疗、健康、护理等方面的需求大大增加。而医院不接受老年人养老，养老院、养老社区等机构的医疗资源完全不能满足老年人就医需要，老年人一旦生病，便需要来回奔波，十分不便。所以必须将医疗服务与养老服务相结合，“医养结合”的智慧型社区养老服务刻不容缓。

本文首先介绍了当前大环境下的养老产业的发展，通过分析老年人的心理特征，告诉大家养老事业刻不容缓。将传统社区养老模式与智慧型养老社区模式进行了分析，智慧型养老社区模式的优点便显而易见。通过原有场地进行分析，将目标群体分为可以独立居住的老人、需要居住帮助的老人和需要24小时护理的老人。由此确定设计风格，主题为“归园”。设计了养老居住中心室内部分的三楼与养老居住中心和会馆中心的屋顶花园，通过对老年人的各种分析，然后进行功能分区的规划，并且根据场地条件进行人流动线分析。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid growth of the elderly population every year, the demand of the elderly for medical care, health care and other aspects has greatly increased. However, the hospital does not accept the elderly care, and the medical resources of institutions such as nursing homes and elderly care communities can not meet the medical needs of the elderly at all. Once the elderly get sick, they need to travel back and forth, which is very inconvenient. Therefore, we must combine medical service with elderly care service, and the intelligent community elderly care service of "combination of medical care and elderly care" is urgent.

First of all, this paper introduces the development of the pension industry in the current environment. By analyzing the psychological characteristics of the elderly, it tells us that the pension industry is urgent. By analyzing the traditional community pension model and the smart community model, the advantages of the smart community model are obvious. Through the analysis of the original site, the target group is divided into self-care elderly, counseling elderly and nursing elderly. The theme of the design is "return to the garden". The third floor of the indoor part of the old-age residential center and the roof garden of the old-age residential center and the guild hall center are designed. Through the psychological characteristics of the elderly, behavioral needs and other aspects of functional zoning, according to the site, the flow line analysis is carried out.

第一章 引言

1.1 选题背景

1.1.1 养老产业介绍

根据统计，我们知道中国老龄化问题十分严重。学者根据数据进行了推送，到2033年我国将进入超老龄社会。这种快速增长的大规模、空巢化、年迈却不能给自己提供生活保障的情况，我们必须及时寻找一种新的办法来重建新型养老产业，同时，我们也急切的需求寻找出一条适合我们自己的养老道路。在过去，赡养与陪伴老人是最基本的孝道，但如今，老人膝下陪伴儿女子孙的生活却很少能够看到。许多独生子女家庭面临异地工作、同时照顾四位老人的压力，即使他们主观上想履行自己的责任，也未必能在时间和经济上能满足他们的想法。因此，中国近五成老人成为空巢老人，所以智慧型社区养老将成为养老的关键方式。

1.1.2 老年人心理特征分析

老年人由于各种原因，长期会生活在一个相对孤立的空间。而这样的封闭的空间更加减少了他们与外界的联系，所以老年人都会有着特殊的心理和情感需求。

这些老年人是极其渴望与外界交流的，因为人一旦步入晚年，社会角色和生活会发生很大变化。同样因为子女不在身边及多种因素，导致他们能够交流的人很少，并且他们能够娱乐的场所也极其缺乏。同样，对老年人来说，与社会接触、参加各种活动的机会几乎也是没有的，这样愈发会引起老年人强烈的心理孤独、寂寞的反应。因此，老年人十分需要交流与陪伴，这样才能更好的满足他们心理上的安慰。

其次，对于老年人来说，一个安全安静的空间环境对他们来说很重要。因为老年人的自我保护能力已经弱化。路面的不平整、超低温或者是超高温、交通或者各种噪声等问题都会让他们觉得很难受。所以对他们来说，保证他们度过一个幸福的晚年生活就必须要有一个安静无障碍的环境。再次，对他们来说室外健身空间是很有必要的。最后但同等重要的是他们需要容易识别和掌握身边的事物。人们一旦上了年纪，他们认识事物的能力会下降，所以很多事物会影响老年人，这些老年人便会对很多外界事物的要求会显得很高。

1.2社区养老模式

1.2.1 传统社区养老模式

首先，传统社区的养老提供的服务都是维持基本生活。传统社区对老年人提供的服务都是家政服务或一些简单的护理服务，不能从根本上解决老人的需求，老人更加渴望的是陪伴聊天解闷，抑或是更高层次的心理需求。
