摘 要

本文主要参考了乡村建筑的设计，规划及建造相关理论，以无锡市锡山区北周巷为实践对象。前期通过实地调查，航拍，和一定的资料查阅，了解了场地周围的现况，分析了当地的人文特征和经济发展水平。决定将设计的重心放在以中国传统审美情趣为核心的建筑空间及建筑外观设计，具体设计从建构表达，空间转译，单体组织三个方面去分析设计。其设计定位是以地域性为核心，以低技术水平手段去构建中国传统乡村民宿的建筑模式。本文将分析在设计中遇到的问题。本设计的出发点在于规划一个乡村中易于仿制的建筑原型，将其作为乡村自身建筑发展的范本，对周围新建筑产生一定的积极影响，在一段时间后形成以建筑为原型的织体化聚落。

Overall planning design of Beizhou Lane, Xishan District,

Wuxi City——Architectural space design

Abstract

This paper mainly refers to the design, planning and construction theories of rural buildings, and takes the Beizhou lane in Xishan district, Wuxi city as the practical object. In the early stage, through field investigation, aerial photography, and certain data consulting, the current situation around the site was understood, and the local cultural characteristics and economic development level were analyzed. I decided to focus on the design of architectural space and architectural appearance design with Chinese traditional aesthetic taste as the core, and analyzed the design from three aspects: construction expression, spatial translation and monomer organization. Its design orientation is to take the region as the core, with the low technical level means to construct the traditional Chinese rural residential building mode. Similarly, this article will analyze the problems encountered in the design. The starting point of this design is to plan an architectural prototype that is easy to copy in the village, and take it as a model for the development of the village's own architecture, which will have a positive impact on the surrounding new buildings, and form a textified settlement based on the prototype of the building after a period of time.

第一章 绪论

1.1 选题背景

随着中国城市化进程的加速，中国的城市面貌日新月异，很多城市在短短三四十年的时间里，由缓慢生长的织体结构，变成了一片由钢筋混凝土堆砌而成的繁茂丛林。但是这样的发展模式无疑是激进的，在物质生活不断改善的同时，精神、文化、方面的东西却在这物质的滚滚洪流中被掩盖了。

城市中的建筑往往是巨物化的，身处城市之中，很容易就能体会到来自周围建筑的体积感亦或是秩序感层面带来的震撼，但如果脱离了简单的功能主义语境，城市中建筑的内核往往是空洞的，其建筑往往缺少对场地文化背景的研究，我们的城市往往就是由这样的建筑无限拼贴组成，
