摘 要

现在社会的人们生活质量得到进步提高和改良，经济也在飞速成长，科学技术在获得空前的发展，对老人本身的发展质量更是得到前所未有的关注，老人的关心爱护有没有得到提高变得更加的牵动子女的心弦。一系列为老人这特殊的社会群体打造的各种建筑场所应运而生，而老年活动中心作为疗愈老年人身心健康的场所更加在适合老年人建筑中变得特殊而又重要。

本文经由对现代老年活动中心的国内外研究案例入手，联合对于老年活动中心的空间设计要求的钻研和解析，对新城一号社区中的现状和存在的问题进行考察和分析，提出切实可行的老年活动中心的设计办法，营造出能让人们互相学习交流活动的空间，满足老年人口的不同需求，并传承文化历史。这个设计不仅是为了提供一个极具当地特色的老年活动空间，更主要是为了宣传当地的时代文化，利用特色活动区域来保持老年人身心健康。

abstract

Now the quality in the society, the economy is growing rapidly, science and technology are unprecedentedly, the quality of the elderly self has been paid attention than ever, whether the care and love of the elderly have been improved has become a more heart string of the children. A series of construction sites for the elderly, a special social group, have emerged, and the elderly activity center as a place to heal has become more special and important in the buildings suitable for the elderly.

Based cases of the modern Activity Center for the elderly, combined with the research and analysis of the space design requirements of the activity center, and analyzes and existing problems in Xincheng No.1 city, puts forward feasible design methods of the activity center for the elderly, and creates a space for people to learn from each other and exchange activities to meet the needs of the elderly Different needs of the mouth, and heritage of cultural history. This design is not only to provide a very local characteristics of the elderly activity space, but also to promote the local culture of the times, using the characteristics of the activity area to maintain the physical and mental health of the elderly.

经济的快速发展激发了人们对于艺术的向往愈发激烈，钢筋混泥土的城市、高强度的生活压力愈发的增强了人们对休闲场所的渴求，在我国逐渐进入老龄化社会的如今，老年人群体受到了前所未有的关注与照料。因此作为社区老年人交流活动的老年活动中心也变得愈发重要起来。

如今开放式的老年活动中心作为一种休闲型的活动场所，区别于一般的棋牌室，普通单一的休闲功能已经不能完全满足人们对于休闲娱乐的向往和丰富内心世界的需要，而今的老年活动中心这种公共室内空间，是特殊形式的室内空间，可以丰富老年群体的生活方式，为老年群体构建起丰富的社交活动。

随着国际上室内空间学科的快速发展和稳步提升，当地文化特色的老年活动中心设计被广大地区所重视，如何结合当地特有文化特色来分析场地，因地制宜的设计具有地方特色的老年活动中心的设计方法和设计过程。
