摘 要

工业用地是城市遗留下来的宝贵物质和精神财富，但随着城市的不断发展，工业用地正在逐渐消失。有选择地对历史产业遗产进行有益的保护和改造，是新时期历史传承者的责任。本论文主要参照城市工业遗址保护性景观改造设计的有关理论，在论文中以南京市浦口码头为具体对象，在我们调研分析了场地基本地理自然环境、历史人文背景后，侧重分析在浦口码头规划改造设计中所用到的理论知识，具体要从工业遗址公园改造的功能与形式、空间与功能、形式与文化这四者之间的差别与联系对其进行分析，然后总结归纳出具体设计过程中遇到的困难以及每一个问题具体的解决方法，具体阐述其中的解决之道以及其中的设计亮点。

On landscape reconstruction design of pukou railway station -- overall planning and design

Abstract

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the gradual acceleration of urbanization, our country's industrial structure has also made corresponding changes. With the arrival of the new era, many industrial sites left over from the historical stage no longer meet the needs of The Times and people. Industrial sites are valuable material and spiritual property left by a city, but industrial sites are gradually disappearing in the continuous growth of the city. It is the duty of the historical inheritors in the new era to carry out useful protection and transformation of historical industrial heritage selectively. This thesis mainly refer to relevant theories of the urban industrial sites protective landscape reconstruction, in the thesis in nanjing pukou dock for concrete object, in our research analyzes the basic geographical site after the natural environment, history, cultural background, focusing on the analysis of reform in pukou wharf planning theory knowledge, used in the design of concrete from the industrial park transformation of function and form, space and function, form and cultural the difference and connection between the four to analyze it, and then sums up out of the difficulties encountered in the design process of concrete and the concrete solution of every problem, Elaborate the solution and the design highlights.

第一章 城市工业遗址的概论

1.1概念

工业遗产是指：“凡为工业活动所造建筑与结构、此类建筑与结构中所含工艺和工具以及这类建筑与结构所处城镇与景观、以及其所有其他物质和非物质表现，均具备至关重要的意义……工业遗产包括具有历史、技术、社会、建筑或科学价值的工业文化遗迹，包括建筑和机械，厂房，生产作坊和工厂矿场以及加工提炼遗址，仓库货栈，生产、转换和使用的场所，交通运输及其基础设施以及用于住所、宗教崇拜或教育等和工业相关的社会活动场所。”（根据《下塔吉尔宪章》中阐述的工业遗产定义）工业遗产保护的兴起。[^[1]]
