摘 要

随着国人生活水平的提升，人们关于旅游的认识逐步多元，越来越多的人选择走进农村，感受乡野的田园风光，体验农村的风土人情。农村旅游的兴起，分散了景点的压力，处理了节假日景点人多拥堵的问题，同时有利于促进城乡交流、处理农村就业、提升农民收入。近年来，我国各省、市、区对开展农村旅游作出了一系列部署，把开展农村休闲旅游放在了尤为突出的位置，农村旅游迎来了史无前例的开展机遇。在这一背景下，民宿产业蓬勃开展，民宿产业在许多地方开展起来，关于民宿空间环境优化，因地理位置、人文环境的不同表现出各自的差别，因此显现其不同特征。本文以南京溧水区洪蓝镇民宿改造设计为例，对建筑物、绿地、自然地形、文化等根本要素整体系统综合研究的前提上对民居内部空间空间做出科学合理的规划与设计。本设计环境效益、经济效益和社会效益良好，且便于施工、可操作性强。

Abstract：

With the improvement of people’s living standards, people’s understanding of tourism is gradually diversified, and more and more people choose to walk into rural areas to experience rural pastoral scenery and experience rural customs. The rise of rural tourism has dispersed the pressure of scenic spots and handled the problem of crowds and congestion on holiday scenic spots. It is also conducive to promoting urban and rural exchanges, handling rural employment, and increasing farmers' income. In recent years, various provinces, cities, and districts in China have made a series of arrangements for the development of rural tourism, placing rural leisure tourism in a particularly prominent position. Rural tourism has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. In this context, the bed and breakfast has grown rapidly. The usual bed and breakfast has been developed in many areas of China. With regard to the optimization of the space environment of the bed and breakfast, due to differences in the geographical location and the human environment, their differences have been shown. This article takes the renovation and design of Honglan Township in Nanjing's Qinshui District as an example, and makes a scientific and rational planning and design of the interior space of the residential houses on the premise of the overall systemic research on the fundamental elements such as buildings, green space, natural terrain, and culture. The design has good environmental, economic and social benefits, and is easy to construct and has strong operability..

引言

近些年，由于我国旅游业的快速开展，“生态、环保、深度游”等词汇成为时下抢手话题。长期忙于工作的都市人群盼望在大自然中找寻自我，放松身心，让游览方式也朝着“返璞归真”的方向进发。这一趋向，开展到各地域，相应衍生出大批特征民宿，为旅游者提供全新的居住感受，也为当地人民提供了更多的就业岗位。特征空间设计的民宿愈加可以吸收旅游者，为旅游者添加游览中的归属感，并对风俗人情的开展产生积极影响。因而特征民宿开展，除了要注重运营理念、运营形式外，更需注重设计在其中所占的比例。

民宿是当下最为盛行的游览居住方式之一，所呈现的相貌因其地域文化的不同，形式上也略有不同。民宿能够代表一个地域的形象和文化，提升整体旅游经济的开展。在民宿内部空间环境设计的过程中，以功用更新与环境改造设计办法为主导，可添加民宿内部空间环境的可读性与感染力，防止过度开发自然资源，流失风俗人情遗产，做到环境设计与自然要素调和开展。

运用设计的手法来促进洪蓝镇地域民宿的开展，就是将笼统的设计办法运用到具象民宿内部空间环境中，营造该地域民宿特征。环境设计能够协助民宿内部空间环境展示自身的文化气氛，补偿开展过程显现的缺乏，与时俱进，提升洪蓝镇地域整体形象。
