摘 要

南京铁路公司锦庆里单身宿舍该物业为民国文保建筑，并隶属南京铁路公司单身职工宿舍使用。宿舍人多地少，并受文保建筑格局等种种限制，房屋陈旧破损，空间局促，配套不足，亟待保护性开发与更新改造。涉及到传统文保建筑的保护性开发和更新利用更具学术性和现实意义，需要面对和妥善处理好传统历史性建筑的保护和开发性利用的矛盾问题，通过科学合理的改造和艺术化再现出新赋予传统建筑以新的内涵和意义，在传统文化传承与现实功能更新之间寻求有机联系和平衡点。

本文将针对以上问题，结合铁房屋路建筑外围民国风的风格，分析建筑内部格局限制，考虑涉及到高铁职工宿舍需求，进一步对铁路单身宿舍室内改造和民国风的室内设计相结合做出研究与探讨。

Interior renovation design of single dormitory in jinqingli of Nanjing Railway Company during the Republic of China

Abstract

Jinqingli single dormitory of Nanjing Railway Company is a cultural preservation building of the Republic of China, which is used by single dormitory of Nanjing Railway Company. The dormitory is crowded with fewer people and less land, and is subject to various constraints such as cultural and protective building pattern. The old and damaged houses, the limited space and the insufficient supporting facilities are in urgent need of protective development and renovation. It has more academic and practical significance to involve the protective development and renewal and utilization of traditional cultural and conservation buildings. We need to face and properly handle the contradiction between the protection and exploitation of traditional historical buildings. Through scientific and reasonable transformation and artistry, we can reappear the new connotation and significance entrusted to traditional buildings, and seek an organic link between the traditional cultural heritage and the renewal of realistic functions. System and equilibrium point.

In this paper, aiming at the above problems, combined with the style of the Republican style in the periphery of railway buildings and roads, the restrictions of the internal structure of the building are analyzed. Considering the needs of high-speed railway workers'dormitories, the combination of indoor renovation of railway single dormitories and interior design of national style is further studied and discussed.、
