摘 要

随着中国科技的发展，高铁铁路密集开通，铁路运营里程不断增加以及生产力布局持续调整，体质改革进程也在不断推进，铁路局的市场主体地位正处在确立过程中，未来其参与到市场竞争中的态势也势在必行。随着高铁铁路局异地和新进职工的不断增加，其对单身宿舍的需求也在逐渐增多。基于此，针对南京东机班单身宿舍做研究，在平面布局划分，配比设置、家具陈设的选用，尺寸规范、灯光、空间色彩等元素上进行提炼总结且规范化并与现代的装饰材料有效的结合，使职工住宿在视觉空间上达到美与使用的舒适和谐统一。单身宿舍标准化设计研究进一步规范和改善在当前集团倡导的“交通强国、铁路先行”的发展理念和深入推进企业标准化建设的形势下，宿舍统一标准、规范管理、提升服务工作更具发展眼光和重要现实意义。

Study on the Expressions of Single Dormitories in "Transport Powerful Countries, Railway First"

Abstract

With the development of science and technology in China, the intensive opening of high-speed railway, the continuous increase of railway operation mileage and the continuous adjustment of productivity layout, the process of physical reform is also constantly advancing, the market dominant position of Railway Bureau is in the process of establishment, and its participation in market competition is imperative in the future. With the increasing number of new employees in different places of the high-speed railway bureau, the demand for single dormitories is also increasing. Based on this, the single dormitory of Nanjing Eastern Airline Flight is studied. It is refined and summarized in plane layout division, matching arrangement, selection of furniture furnishings, dimension specification, lighting, space color and other elements. It is standardized and effectively combined with modern decorative materials, so as to make the staff accommodation in visual space achieve the comfort and harmony of beauty and use. The research on standardized design of single dormitory further standardizes and improves the development concept of "traffic power, railway first" advocated by the current group and further promotes the standardization construction of enterprises. Under the situation, the unified standard of dormitory, standardized management and upgrading service work have more development vision and important practical significance.
