摘 要

建筑设计的基本原则是：“坚固、适用、美观的原则”。通过比例和对称，可以使入住者感官愉悦，通过适用和合目的，可以使入住者心情愉悦。艺术设计都是有针对者的，应该针对消费者的实际需要，所以建造房屋要考虑到各项因素，比如宅地、卫生、采光、造价，以及居住者的身份地位、生活方式以及实际需要。在形式美与功能美之间保持某种平衡。

给一样东西制定标准，就意味着它符合最基本最大众的需求和审美，这种审美和需求既包含了共性要求，同时也存在着个性要求。以标准化作为基础，建立在一定的共性基础之上尽可能满足个性需求，这就要求适度不过界。

Abstract

The realization of individualized requirements based on standardization must be based on a certain commonality.
