摘 要

随着我国城市化进程的进一步加快以及产业结构的不断调整，城市扩张迫使现存的大量具有历史价值的工业遗产面临被拆除的困境。工业遗产对于研究区域工业发展史、延续城市文脉具有其非凡的意义，因此其当下的保护再利用问题和未来的生存模式亟待被探究。

本文以南京浦口火车站旧址为例，对这一工业历史片区进行实地调研及实践探究，试图对场地的交通流线及功能布局提出可行性建议来重新激活场地，在实现场地物质条件更新的同时又尽可能保护场地历史文化。此外，文章通过探讨旧城区工业遗产未来利用方式的可能性，寻求一种策略以扩大场地文化的辐射区域来实现场地的价值最大化，带动周边区域活力共同提升，推动城市更新，以应对全球经济转型与城市扩张所带来的诸多挑战。

Industrial Site Reservation and Renewal Design

—— Take Nanjing Pukou Railway Station as an example

Abstract

With the further acceleration of urbanization and the adjustment of industrial structure in China, urban expansion has forced a large number of industrial heritage with historical value to face the dilemma of being demolished. Industrial heritage is of great significance to the study of the history of regional industrial development and the continuation of urban context. Therefore, the protection and reuse of industrial heritage and its future survival mode need to be explored urgently.

Taking the old site of Nanjing Pukou Railway Station as an example, this paper conducts field investigation and practical exploration on this industrial historical area, and tries to put forward feasible suggestions on the traffic flow line and functional layout of the site to reactivate it, while renewing the material conditions on the site and protecting the site's history and culture as much as possible. In addition, by exploring the possibility of future utilization of industrial heritage in old urban area, the article is trying to seek for a strategy to expand the radiation area of site’s culture to maximize the value of site and promote the vitality of surrounding areas and promote urban renewal, in order to meet the challenges brought by global economic transformation and urban expansion.

现如今，我国城镇化进程的快速推进使得许多工业遗产旧址不再适应城市发展的的要求，大量具有历史价值的工业遗产面临着被毁坏和拆除的威胁。随着社会的发展，人们呼吁保护工业遗产及历史文化的声音日渐高涨。
