摘 要

本次毕业设计课题为“常州市花园酒店室内外设计与规划”，本次设计主要内容为酒店室内装饰设计，整体的装饰风格为现代风格与新中式风格相符而成，在现代风格的基础上融入中式装饰，酒店设计的初衷始终为度假酒店，酒店的服务倾向仍是度假这一功能，中式风格的融入可以为住客带来宁静致远的心境。考虑到传统中式装饰风格过于沉重，且本酒店多处功能区域不适用于中式装饰风格，因此还是以现代风格为主要基调。本次酒店选址也为满足度假功能而定在了常州市武进区滆湖边，为酒店提供了丰富的亲水空间，同时也为酒店内住客提供了优美的外景，为住客提供了更佳的入住体验。酒店一楼为酒店的主要功能区，装饰风格也更偏向于现代，以石材为主要铺装材质，不同的功能区以金属、彩色涂装和亮面铺装材质等不同的材质突出各个功能区的气质。酒店2-5楼设置为客房，作为居住区域整体风格更加向中式风格靠拢，多用木材质来营造居住空间的亲和感，为住客带来轻松的入住体验。酒店设计意向为与自然环境相接，为住客提供从城市中走出，步入自然，缓解城市节奏的高档度假酒店。

Interior and Outdoor Design and Planning of Changzhou Garden Hotel

Abstract

This graduation project is "Interior and Outdoor Design and Planning of Changzhou Garden Hotel". The main content of this design is hotel interior decoration design. The overall decorative style is the combination of modern style and new Chinese style. On the basis of modern style, Chinese style decoration is integrated into the hotel design. The original intention of the hotel design is always resort hotel. The service tendency of the hotel is still the function of vacation, Chinese style. The integration can bring a tranquil and far-reaching mood to the residents. Considering that the traditional Chinese style decoration style is too heavy, and many functional areas of the hotel are not suitable for Chinese style decoration style, it still takes modern style as the main tone. The location of this hotel is also decided by Gehu Lake in Wujin District of Changzhou City to satisfy the vacation function. It provides a rich hydrophilic space for the hotel, as well as a beautiful scenery for the hotel's residents, and provides a better living experience for the residents. The first floor of the hotel is the main functional area of the hotel, and the decorative style is more modern, with stone as the main paving material. Different functional areas highlight the temperament of each functional area with different materials such as metal, color painting and bright surface paving material. The 2-5 floor of the hotel is set as a guest room. As the overall style of the residential area, it is closer to the Chinese style. It uses wood to create the affinity of the residential space, which brings relaxed living experience to the residents. Hotel design intends to connect with the natural environment and provide high-end resort hotel for residents to walk out of the city, step into nature and ease the rhythm of the city.

第一章 绪论

1.1选题背景

随着城市的发展和进步，如今人们的生活渐入高度城市化社会化状态，高楼大厦车水马龙的生活环境迫使人们一步步远离大自然。钢铁城市为人们带来现代化生活的同时，也为人们带来了无尽的压迫感，这也使得近两年“逃离城市”的口号愈演愈烈。人们向往喧嚣中的一丝宁静，在闲暇之余出行，纷纷去旅游、度假，这也使得度假酒店这一集休闲、度假、住宿、餐饮等多种功能与一体的商业化空间得以应运而生。可以说度假酒店这一多功能服务型空间是在城市化发展的洪流下，顺义时代需求而诞生的产物。

常州市花园酒店度假区内环境公共空间设计定位为休闲、娱乐、体验民俗文化、亲近自然为一体特色酒店。此设计将给想要逃离城市，亲近自然的城市人提供一个放松的生态居住环境。在感受当地民俗文化的同时，与自然互动，成为不羁自由的自然人。这种从居住的角度出发，来达到更加人性化自然化的设计体验。
