摘 要
从狭义上来说,会展是一种会议和展览会相结合的经济活动,它是一种随着生产,劳动和经济交流的社会分工产生而发展的经济形态。蓬勃发展的中国会展业背后存在着例如相同的主题,主题不明确等一系列问题。会展业按照会展内容有综合性和专业性会展之分,但随着现代会展业的发展而日益表现出专业化的趋势,会展的主题也日益细化,会展主题与产业的结合更为紧密。
策划本身是一种创造性思维的过程。将一种好的创意变成市场认可的会展主题需要借助策划这一方法来完成。在创意转化为主题的这一过程中,需要经过以下的策划流程,包括问题识别、资料收集、主题设计、主题分析、主题选择、主题实施和主题评估等7个步骤。
关于会展的执行和策划必须考虑的因素有很多,诸如政策导向、投资方向以及市场引导之类。从对大众文化的理解这一点切入,策划出顺应当代社会主流价值观,又普及一些非主流社会的价值观的展示,利于大众了解甚至于更好的接受一些生活中的不同寻常是本次策划的目的。
本文主要是通过对特殊人群——“LGBTQ”人群的研究策划关于特殊人群的生活实录展,尽可能真实的还原特殊人群的生存现状和环境。并根据实录展的需要,设计系列应用产品。

Abstract
In a narrow sense, it is a kind of economic activity that combines the exhibition and the conference. It is a kind of economic form which is produced and developed along with the social division of labor and economic exchange. There are all kinds of problems behind the vigorous development of China's exhibition industry, such as the theme of the same, the theme is not clear and so on. Convention and exhibition industry in accordance with the contents of the exhibition is comprehensive and professional exhibition points, but with the development of the modern exhibition industry and is also the trend of specialization, the theme of the exhibition also has become more and more refined, the combination of theme and exhibition industry more closely.
Planning itself is a process of creative thinking. Will be a good idea to become a market recognition of the exhibition theme needs to be completed by planning this approach. In the creative transformation in the subject of this process, after following the planning process, including problem identification, data collection, design theme, thematic analysis, choose a theme, theme and theme evaluation seven steps.
There are many factors that must be taken into account in the implementation and planning of exhibition, such as policy orientation, investment direction, market guidance and so on. From the understanding of mass culture is the point of view, plan is in line with the mainstream values of the contemporary society, popular non mainstream social values show that for the general public to understand and to better accept some of life is unusual for the purpose of the planning.
This article mainly through to the special crowd -- "LGBTQ" crowd's research plan about the special crowd's life record exhibition, as far as possible the real reduction special crowd's survival present situation and the environment. And according to the needs of the record show, design series of products.
