中国最美乡村-石塘人家

“竹青”老年人度假村设计研究与探讨

摘 要：随着社会老龄化程度的加剧，老年人的数量增加，老年人需求范围也随着扩大，需求层次也跟着提高，老年产业的市场份额在全球经济的各行业中所占比例不断上升，这促使老龄产业的兴起，也给经济发展带来了巨大的生机，从而使其成为国民经济的一个新的增长点，使社会面向老年人产品及劳务需求增加，从而形成了一个庞大的老年消费市场，并由此刺激老年产业的形成和发展。

如今由于居家、社区、机构养老这三种基本的养老方式无法满足当今社会的老年人物质和精神需求，从而一些新的养老方式开始慢慢萌芽。乡村老年度假休闲养老就是其中一种。其中一部分老年人追求自然健康的生活方式，喜欢乡村优美的生态环境，并且希望能够在乡村生活、度假、疗养，于是乡村老年度假休闲模块就伴随着这种需求从而出现。

本次的选题以南京市石塘人家东南角区域作为设计用地，围绕生态：竹青 作为设计主题，进行老年人度假村的设计，以当地的传统文化作为切入点，在为老年人提供度假，修身养性的场所外，也体现了石塘人家的特色文化及环境。本论文第一章主要论述了老年人需求的现状以及国内外的发展差异；第二章及第三章主要论述了对老年人的一些特征及其定义。还有一些国内外的老年人住宅区的案例分析。第四，第五章重点论述了“竹青”老年人度假村的前期地域分析以及其室内各个功能分区的细化设计和叙述。

Abstract：Degree of aging society, the increase in the number of old people, old people also along with the expanding demand range, also follow to improve demand levels, aging industry's market share in the global economy rising proportion of the various fields, which prompted the rise of aging industry, also to the economic development are of great vitality, making it become a new growth point of national economy, the society for the elderly products and labor demand, thus forming a huge old consumer market, and thus stimulate the formation and development of old industry.

Now due to the household, community, institutions endowment of the three basic endowment way can meet the material and spiritual needs in the elderly in today's society, thus some new endowment way began to sprout. Rural elderly holiday leisure endowment is one of them. Some old people the pursuit of natural health way of life, like the country beautiful ecological environment, and hope to be able to living in the country and holidaying, recuperate for, so the rural elderly leisure vacation module occurs needs to appear.

This topic shitang somebody else's southeast area in nanjing city as a design land and surrounding ecology: bamboo green as the design theme, for the design of resort in the elderly, to the local traditional culture as the breakthrough point, on holiday in for the elderly, the place of cultivate one's morality raises a gender, also reflected the shitang characteristic culture and environment. This paper first chapter mainly discusses the status quo and the development of both at home and abroad of the elderly demand difference; Chapters 2 and 3 mainly discusses some characteristics of the aged and their definitions. Case analysis at home and abroad and some of the old residential area. Fourth, the fifth chapter mainly discusses the "bamboo green" in the early period of the old people resort area analysis and its interior detailed design and description of each functional partition.
