南京市高淳龙墩水库度假村景观设计

摘 要

中国拥有悠久的历史和珍贵的资源，有众多山川和湖泊适宜旅游度假的开发；随着时代的发展进步、中国经济水平稳步提高，人民生活质量不断改善，人均收入和闲暇时间不断增加，度假村这个产业已经逐渐得到重视和发展，从原来的规模小，数量少，价格高，客源面向狭窄，转变为普通人关注的热点，正向着生态可持续性、主题性、人文性几个方向发展。度假村的景观设计是为度假村增添色彩、渲染了整个度假村的气氛，在设计中应格外注重以发展和创新的眼光去探索。通过对度假村景观方法的研究，国内外度假村设计趋势的对比，设计人文特征的生态和谐景观，以改善度假村环境以及度假质量，实现景观环境的丰富个性，以及人与自然景观和谐相处的可持续性客观要求。

本文通过实际调查以及文献参考，总结归纳了度假村景观设计的一些方法，参考九华山涵月楼度假酒店的景观设计等的设计思维，进行本度假村景观的设计。本论文第一章主要论述了度假村的现状以及国内外的发展差异；第二章主要论述了度假村景观的设计理念和方法；第三章重点论述了龙墩水库度假村景观设计的内容、方法，以及设计理念和依据，通过具体调研案例加以论证分析。

Landscape design of the resort landscape of Long Dun reservoir in Gaochun, Nanjing

Abstract

China has a long history and precious resources,there are many mountains and rivers for the development of tourist resort;With the development of the progress of the times、China's economic level is rising steadily ，The quality of people's life continuously improve,increasing per capitain come and leisure time,the resort industry has gradually gained attention and development,It turns from the small scale, the less quantity ,the high price , the source for the narrow,becomes the hot point for ordinary people concerned and towards ecological sustainability, the theme of humanity, several development directions.The landscape design of the resorts is resort to add color, rendering the entire resort atmosphere, in the design we should pay extra attention to the development and innovation of the vision to explore.Through the research on the resort landscape design method, comparing the domestic and international resort design trends,designing a harmonious ecological landscape of cultural characteristics, to improve theenvironment and quality of holiday resort,to realize rich personality of the landscape environment, and sustainable landscape harmony between man and nature and the objective requirements.

In this paper, through practical investigation and reference literature, summarizes some methods of landscape design of resorts,Design thinking reference Mount Jiuhua the culvert on floor resort landscape design, landscape design of the resorts.The first chapter of this thesis mainly discusses the status quo at home and abroad as well as the resort development difference;The second chapter mainly discusses the design idea and method of resort landscape;In the third chapter, discussing the contents, methods of the Long Dun Reservoir landscape design of resorts, and the design philosophy and the basis, through the investigation of specific cases to be demonstrated and analyzed.
