摘 要: 本这次毕业设计的目的，是对以前所学习的知识进行一次全面的巩固，以检验我们这四年来对所学到的专业知识了解情况，同时能进一步巩固和加强所学到的知识，为今后的工作和学习打下良好的基础。

本工程位于泰州市医药城内，本工程建筑面积为14372.67平方米，地上33层，地下一层是地下室，其中地上13825.14平方米，地下547.53平方米。建筑结构形式为现浇剪力墙结构；建筑结构的安全等级为二级；建筑使用年限为50年；地下室防水等级为二级；抗震设防类别为丙类；剪力墙抗震等级为二级。在编制过程中，计算了钢筋的量，并查阅了大量相关的书籍和资料。最后对这次的编制结果进行汇总分析，根据最后编制的结果，形成了设计说明书。因为专业知识掌握的不足，在计算工程量和编制清单的过程中，还存在着很多的问题。

Abstract: the purpose of this graduation design is to review and summarize the knowledge that the university has learned in the past four years, in order to test the degree of mastery of professional knowledge in the past four years, and to further consolidate and systematize the knowledge, and to lay a good foundation for the future study.

本工程位于泰州市医药城内，本工程建筑面积为14372.67平方米，地上33层，地下一层是地下室，其中地上13825.14平方米，地下547.53平方米。建筑结构形式为现浇剪力墙结构；建筑结构的安全等级为二级；建筑使用年限为50年；本工程耐火等级为二级；地下室防水等级为二级；抗震设防类别为丙类；建筑防火等级为地上二级，地下一级；剪力墙抗震等级为二级。在编制过程中，笔者详尽计算了钢筋工程量，各分部分项工程都严格遵循定额中工程量计算规则，并查阅了大量相关书籍。最后对设计结果进行了汇总和分析，根据整个设计过程中的心得，形成了设计说明书。工程预算书的编制是这次设计的重点，由于经验的不足，在工程量细节处理上，还存在着很多缺陷。

This project is located in Taizhou medical city, the construction area of this project is 14372.67 square meters, 33 floors on the ground, the underground one is a basement, of which 13825.14 square meters on the ground and 547.53 square meters underground. The construction structure forms the cast-in-situ shear wall structure; the safety grade of the building structure is two grade; the construction service life is 50 years; the fire resistance grade of this project is two; the basement waterproof grade is two; the seismic fortification category is class C; the building fire protection grade is two, underground and the shear wall is two. In the process of compiling, the author calculated the amount of steel engineering in detail, and all the parts of the project strictly followed the rules of the amount of engineering quantity in the quota, and consulted a large number of relevant books. Finally, the design results are summarized and analyzed. According to the experience in the whole design process, the design instructions are formed. The compilation of the project budget is the focus of this design.
