摘 要

本篇设计通过对金色家园G1#栋项目的模拟投标，熟悉并了解投标文件的编制流程及方法，并对已学知识包括工程量清单的计算、施工组织的设计、工程施工、工程造价软件的使用等课程进行检验。重视基础理论研究，关注实际施行成果。理论实践统一结合。在毕业设计的过程中时时以批判的眼光检查自己的成果，力求准时纠正，时时自省，力求高效的完成毕业设计。

通过这次的投标毕业设计，可以进一步熟悉投标文件的内容、相关的国家法律规。投标文件实际上是对招标人邀约做出的相应承诺。是乙方对于业主招标工程所做出的技术经济文件，其内容涵盖广阔，可以检验四年所学的多方面知识，检验是否能够合格毕业，将理论与实践相结合。关键词：投标文件；投标函；资格审查文件；商务标；技术标

第1章 绪论
