摘 要

近年来，全过程工程咨询在国内掀起了一股热潮。目前我国的全过程工程咨询还处在探索阶段，为了能够更好的推进全过程工程咨询在我国的发展，促进咨询企业更好的实现转型，提高我国建筑企业在国际市场上的竞争力。本文将从全过程工程咨询的发展现状出发，探索国内咨询企业实现全过程工程咨询的模式，并在此基础上建立全过程工程咨询能力评价指标体系。
本文通过对国内外的研究现状进行分析，对全过程工程咨询的含义、特点和主要工作内容进行分析，结合国内现状和规模经济理论，提出全过程工程咨询的 “1 N”、“N M”模式。再基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法，构建咨询企业实行全过程工程咨询的能力评价指标体系。

本文所提出的全过程工程咨询模式能让咨询企业在实施全过程工程咨询服务时有现有的模式可以运用或参考。通过构建能力评价指标体系，让咨询企业能更好地判断自身的能力水平，选择合适的发展方向。

Abstract

In recent years, the whole process engineering consulting has set off an upsurge in China. Now, the whole process of engineering consultation in China is in the initial stage of development. In order to make it develop better in China and make the engineering consulting enterprises transform better and improve the competitiveness of Chinese construction enterprises in the international market. This paper will start from the development status of the whole process engineering consultation and explore the mode of realizing the whole process engineering consultation for domestic consulting enterprises. On this basis, the evaluation index system of the whole process engineering consultation ability is established.

Firstly, this paper will analyze the current research status at domestic and foreign. Then the meaning, characteristics and work contents of the whole process engineering consultation are analyzed. Finally, combining with the domestic situation and the theory of scale economy, the “1 N” and “N M” modes of the whole process engineering consultation are put forward. Based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper will build the ability evaluation index system of consulting enterprises to implement the whole process of engineering consulting.

The whole process engineering consulting mode proposed in this paper can be used or referred by consulting enterprises when implementing the whole process engineering consulting service. Through the construction of capacity evaluation index system, consulting enterprises can better judge their own ability level and choose the right development direction.
