摘 要

在建筑市场发展的过程中，市场机制和秩序的建立对于实现市场的开放和竞争有序具有至关重要的作用。招投标制度的推行有利于建设工程不断实现规范化的管理。随着近年来我国投标制度的日臻完善，在投标过程中对投标单位的要求越来越高。本文以徐州市医科大学一号研发楼工程为对象进行投标文件编制，编制符合招标文件要求的投标文件，提高投标文件编制效率的相关内容，为投标工作的开展提供理论和实践性的依据。

该工程位于江苏省徐州市，建筑面积6698.53平方米，建筑结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构，建筑层数为4层，建筑高度为17.8m，抗震设防烈度为7度。根据招标文件和工程图纸，投标文件主要内容包括：投标函及其附录、法定代表人身份证明、授权委托书、投标保证金、已标价的工程量清单、施工组织设计等内容。

Bidding document for construction of No.1 building of Xuzhou Medical University

Abstract

In the process of the development of the construction market, the establishment of market mechanism and order plays a crucial role in the realization of the market opening and orderly competition. The implementation of the bidding system is conducive to the continuous realization of standardized management of construction projects. With the improvement of China's bidding system in recent years, the requirements for bidders in the bidding process are getting higher and higher. This paper takes the no.1 research and development building project of xuzhou medical university as the object to compile the bidding documents, compile the bidding documents that meet the requirements of the bidding documents, improve the efficiency of the preparation of the bidding documents, and provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of the bidding work.

The project is located in xuzhou city, jiangsu province, with a building area of 6698.53 square meters. The building structure is a reinforced concrete frame structure with four floors, a building height of 17.8 m, and a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees. According to the bidding documents and engineering drawings, the main contents of the bidding documents include: letter of tender and its appendix, legal representative's identity certificate, power of attorney, bid security, bill of quantities priced, construction organization and design, etc.
