摘 要

本次毕业设计内容为根据“徐州医科大学1号研发楼工程施工图纸”编制其工程招标文件及招标控制价，主要内容包括：招标公告、投标须知、评标办法、合同条款工程量清单以及必要的附件。本项目建筑面积6698.53平方米，地上四层，建筑高度17.8米，结构类型为框架结构。

本毕业设计的重点工作为编制工程施工招标文件、招标工程量清单以及工程招标控制价，其核心部分与首要工作是工程量的计算。在设计过程中，以中华人民共和国《房屋建筑和市政工程标准施工招标文件》（2010 年版）规定为依据编制招标文件，按照工程量清单项目计量规范（2013-江苏）进行工程量清单的手算，最后借助广联达计价软件GBQ4.0完成工程招标控制价。

Bidding documents and bidding control price for project construction of "no. 1 ramp;d building of xuzhou medical university"

Abstract

The content of this graduation project is to prepare the project bidding documents and bidding control price according to the "engineering construction drawings of no. 1 ramp;d building of xuzhou medical university". The main contents include: bidding announcement, bidding instructions, bid evaluation methods, contract terms, bill of quantities and necessary attachments. The construction area of this project is 6698.53m², with four floors above ground and a height of 17.8m. The structure type is frame structure.

The key work of this graduation project is to compile the bidding documents of engineering construction, the list of bidding quantities and the control price of engineering bidding, the core part and the primary work is the calculation of engineering quantities. In the design process, to the People's Republic of China "standard of housing construction and municipal engineering construction bidding documents" (2010 edition) regulations based on preparation of the tender documents, according to bill of quantities project measurement standard to the hand of the bill of quantities (2013 -), jiangsu province, and use the data access and network finally with the help of visionbank GBQ4.0 invoicing software to complete the project tender control price.
